"We still on for the arcade after school today?" Kirishima questioned as he pack up his empty bento box.

"Yeah, are Pikachu and Eye Bags still coming?" Bakugo questioned as he glanced over to the table his other friends had moved to.

"Yes." Kirishima replied as he took a deep breath. "I was actually thinking of inviting Midoriya too." He said, thankful he didn't slip and use his first name.

"Why?" Bakugo scoffed as he turned his gaze towards his best friend once more.

"He's Kaminari's other best friend, we should get used to him being with us a bit more." The redhead said. He felt slightly guilty for using their other friend as a scapegoat, but he couldn't think of another excuse that wouldn't make the blond suspicious. "I thought you two were friends now."

"Friends is pushing it Shitty Hair. We're acquaintances at best."

"But you don't hate him anymore, right? Would it be that bad if he started hanging around us more?" Kirishima questioned nervously, paying attention to every little detail in his best friend's behavior and movements.

"Baby steps idiot." The blond replied. "Deku and I have a long history and it can be complicated. I'm not saying that he can't ever come and hang out with us, I'm just not ready for that yet." He finished with a heavy sigh.

"Is there a particular reason why?" Kirishima questioned.

"Do you want the truth or my first year bullshit lie?" Bakugo scoffed as he rolled his eyes.

"Well your first year lie would be that he's too weak to be your friend, but we both know that's a lie." He responded as his eyes peered past his friend's shoulder, locking onto a pair of emerald green ones. He flashed his boyfriend a lopsided grin.

"Everytime he's around, it takes me back to who I was. It reminds me of all the shitty things I've done to him. Not only that, it hit me hard when Pikachu called him his best friend. Sometimes I still feel like he was the same kid that was following me around when we were four. Always behind me, and doing what I did."

"If you want to make up for the shitty things that you've done, avoiding him isn't your way to go. I'm not saying you have to jump in and hang out with him one on one, but maybe it's time to start forgiving yourself and trying to make an effort. Midoriya has already forgiven you, it's your turn."

"Did we really have to land ourselves over there?" Midoriya questioned with a groan as he attempted to wipe the mud from his face.

"Out of all the training area's we get the muddy swamp!" Uraraka groaned in frustration as they slowly made their way back to the front of the exercise grounds.

"We got everybody out, so it wasn't all that bad." The green haired man said with a heavy sigh. "Pretty sure we're the last ones to finish."

"You're not the only duo that finished last." Aizawa said with a monotone expression as Kirishima and Ashido approached from the other side of him at the same time.

"Did you guys get a muddy swamp too?" Midoriya asked with a small laugh as he saw his boyfriend's bright red eyes surrounded by layers of what he thought was mud.

"Sink hole." Ashido said with a deep sigh.

"You four had the hardest two areas, so I was expecting you guys to finish last." Aizawa said as he looked at the four students. "Reviews will be out tomorrow, all of you go shower."

"Sounds like a plan." Kirishima responded with a toothy grin as they began making their way back to the locker rooms. "How was the swamp?" He asked his boyfriend as they walked behind the two girls, who were talking about their weekend plans.

"Messy." Midoriya responded with a small laugh as he shook his hands, flinging the mud off of them to wipe his face better.

"Same with the sinkhole." Kirishima responded as he grabbed his boyfriend's wrist, forcing him to slow down.

"Everything okay?" He questioned as he looked at the redhead in confusion.

"My mom called me about the house." He said quietly when they were far enough back from the girls.

"And?" Midoriya questioned with a nervous smile. They hadn't heard anything until now since it was a lot of paperwork.

"Since we aren't working just yet, my mom had to sign on the lease for the first 160 days. She obviously won't be living there, but she had to agree to pay if we don't. After 160 days, she'll be taken off the lease." He explained.

"She agreed to do that?" Midoriya questioned with surprise.

"Yeah, I have enough saved up to pay the first six months upfront. However, they wanted to only do month by month payments." He said with a shrug. "Now for the other house news."

"There's more?" Midoriya questioned in confusion.

"The previous renters canceled their lease. So to get the house, I already um, signed the papers."

"Wait, when are you moving in?" Midoriya questioned with a wide smile.

"We are moving in as soon as we can. I know it's the middle of the month, but someone offered to move in at the beginning of the year, so I offered to move in now and pay half of the December rent for us to get it."

"Wait, we already have it?" Midoriya questioned with excitement as they approached the school.

"Yes, my mom grabbed the keys already. You need to sign the digital lease later today though. If you didn't have anything planned this weekend, I was wondering if you wanted to start looking for furniture and get some things moved over." He said with a soft smile.

"Can we put screws in the wall?" Midoriya questioned, already thinking of how he wanted to display their collections in the office.

"As long as we patch them up when we move, the landlord said it would be fine." Kirishima replied with a small laugh as he watched his boyfriend's face light up through the mud.

"I really want to kiss you right now." Midoriya whispered as they approached the changing room.

"You'll have plenty of time to do that this weekend." Kirishima said with a sad smile as they stepped into the changing room.

"Plenty of time to do what?" Kaminari asked with a smirk as he grabbed his school bag from his locker, causing the duo to jump.

"Are you the only one in here Kami?" Midoriya questioned, holding his breath. They had assumed everybody else would be done and gone since they were the last group to finish.

"Yeah." He responded simply. "Have time for what?" He asked as he turned towards the duo, shutting his locker. "Nevermind." He responded with a small laugh as he watched the two embrace each other before clashing their lips together. "I guess I'll leave you two alone." The blond said, laughing as he walked past them to the door.

"Bye Kami!" Midoriya said with a small laugh as he pulled away from his boyfriend. Kaminari didn't say anything else as he shook his head, letting the door shut behind him.

"Let's get that mud off of your face so I can kiss you properly." Kirishima whispered with a small smile as he rested his head on Midoriyas.
