Clara's POV:
I woke up feeling more refreshed than ever. I had a job interview today at the new club that's just opened. I did my daily waking up routine and looked at my clothes that were just strung about on the floor and wondered what to pick for today. I messaged my best friend (Georgia Browne) whom I could rely on for just about anything, for some fashion advice. She replied telling me to wear my red top, my black jeans, and wear a pair of my boots. I got the outfit together and I looked pretty nice if I don't say so myself. I messaged Georgia saying thanks for the advice and she said no problem. I did light makeup, just some mascara, and some lip gloss. I did my hair half up half down with a side fringe. Afterward, I got my bag ready and left to go.
10 minutes later (Clara POV)
I arrived at the club 5 minutes earlier than I needed to, and as I walked in, I observed all the people already there dancing. I sat down at the bar and watched people dancing. A bar-back (someone who worked behind the bar) walked up to me with a smile and asked me if I wanted anything. "Just water please," I said, making sure not to drink any alcohol. They nodded and gave me my water, I drank it slowly passing the time. When the 5 minutes had passed I thanked the bar back and walked to the boss's office. I knocked on the door and a deep voice replied telling me to come in.
The boss was facing the window as I walked in and I shut the door behind me.
I stood there awkwardly not knowing what to do or say when he suddenly said,
"Come over here and look at this magnificent view!" I did as he said and walked calmly to his side.
I looked out the window and gasped at the view.
It was so beautiful!
He looked sideways at me and said, "Beautiful, right?"
"Yes!" I breathed out.
"I'm James!" My new boss introduced himself to me.
"Nice to meet you," I said looking at him to see that he was already looking at me. "I'm Clara."
'Damn, he's so hot.' I thought to myself.
