CHAPTER 3

The wedding was over. Despite many misunderstandings and obstacles Asad and Zoya tied the knot. Dilshad was the happiest, finally, her son found his true love and is married to her. She hoped at least her duffer son confessed to her daughter-in-law.

Anwar had tears in his eyes. Anwar and Zeenat didn't have kids of their own, Zoya was the only happiness and light in their life.  And now his little princess is married to the man she loves. During these months living without Zoya in New York, they realized how much they feel lonely without her.

AT KHAN VILLA

Everyone was standing at the doorstep to welcome the newlywed couple. Soon Asad and Zoya arrived. As they were about to enter Najma screamed

"BHAIJAAAAN STOP"

Dilshad: "What happened Najma? Why did you stop them?"

Najma: "vo ammi, you know Bhabhi is from New York. Then why not Bhaijaan bring bhabhi in this house by western Style"

"Bhaijaaan, pick bhabhi in bridal style and take her to your room" Najma mischievously smirked.

"There is no tradition li......" as Zoya was about to say something Asad picked her up in bridal style and entered the house and was about to take her inside their room when The Khan Siblings together said

"Itni bhi kya jaldi hai BHAIJAAAAN" (Why so hurry dear brother?)

everyone was shocked to see Asad's bold move. THE GREAT ASAD AHMED KHAN was never like this.

"vo Ammi actually" Asad stuttered while Zoya blushed hiding her face in his chest.

Dilshad: "What vo actually beta? Asad
put your bride down. She's not going anywhere"

When Asad was not responding Zoya nudged him telling him to put her down. Because of the lack of response from Asad Zoya screamed

Zoya: "Allah miyan what's wrong with you Mr. Khan put me down"

Asad: "Who Mr. Khan?"

Zoya: "Allah miyaaan, phuphi your son has gone mad, I think it's memory loss. He doesn't even remember himself"

Ayaan : "oh ho bhabhi,  bhaijaan meant he Asad not Mr. Khan"

Zoya stared confusedly at everyone and innocently "Maine bhi toh vohi kaha" (even I said the same )
and everyone started laughing meanwhile Asad was still not in mood to put his bride down
After seeing everyone laughing, Zoya realized what they meant and started to blush. Before anyone can notice her blushing she again screamed at Asad which now actually scared him
"For god sake,  put me down Mr. Asad Ahmed Khan, nhi toh mujhse bura koi nhi hoga"

Hearing Zoya, Ayaan joked and said
"Bhaijaan, please do as mona darling says. Kahi aisa na ho k shadi ki raat dulhan ne dulhe ko uske kamre se nikaal diya" and started laughing.

Asad immediately put Zoya down.

"SHUT UP" both Asad and Zoya together scolded Ayaan which in return earned another laughter.

Everyone was so happy seeing the new couple and was enjoying seeing them getting embarrassed. 

After doing some post-marriage rituals Zoya was sent to her new room by the girls which was decorated beautifully.

"Zoya bhabhi dekho na kitna beautifully decorate kiya hai hamne aapka aur bahijaan ka room" Nuzhat said teasingly

"GIRLS  now please stop teasing my bhabhi and go bhaijaan aate hi hoge, lootna nhi hai aaj bhaijaan ko" Ayaan said as he barged into the room causing all the girls to forget the teasing and they began discussing how much money they are gonna get from their brother.

As the girls left the room Zoya sat on the ground near the bed. The whole time was holding herself. It was hard to control the pain. Her heart said that her Asad can never do that but the eyes told a whole different story. Ayaan got soo worried seeing his best friend silently crying.  

"Zoya what happened? Why are you crying? I knew something was wrong with you and bhaijaan the moment you entered the venue. Tell me what happened?"

"Ayaan how could he do that" said Zoya as her cries got louder. Ayaan had tears in his eyes seeing Zoya crying.

"Zoya please stop crying and please tell me bhaijaan ne kiya hai k kuch?"

Zoya recalled and recited all the incidents that happened today and before with Tanveer and how Asad never trusted her and also today he again left her for his best friends.

Ayaan never really liked Tanveer and after what he saw today it was clear that whatever happened today was her Dirty play

But one thing he couldn't believe that his big brother would ever do such things . He never acceptyed but he was madly in love with his musibat. His brother could never do such thing. Never.

"Do you really think bhaijaan betrayed you and did something like that?....Zoya" Ayaan questioned Zoya

"What do you think Rabart?"  "Agar Mujhe yeh lagta ki Mr Khan ne yeh sab kiya hai Toh kya main unse kabhi Nikaah karti? I trust his ayaan that he could never do that"

"He had hurted me,judged me aur pata nahi mujhe kya kya baatein sunayi hai

but you know Asad can never do that"

"Never" cried Zoya

"You know what hurts Ayaan? He believed that HE DID THAT" screamed Zoya

"Unhein lagta hai that he destroyed his best friends life"

"You know what else hurts ....That he left me for his friend .....Unki life ki priority list mein main hoon hi nahi" 

"Main hamesha galat rahoongi Unke liye"

"Jise rishtoon ki koi value nahi hai"

OUTSIDE THE ROOM

"Arey bhaijaan rukeye na kahan jaa rahe ho itni jaldi ... Itne desperate ho ander jaane ke liye" teased Najma.

Nuzhat continued "Agar Bhabhi ke didaar karna hai toh......."

"How much?" Asad intererppted without letting Nuzhat complete.

All the girls were too stunned to speak and didn't even realize when Asad took all the cash from his wallet and handed Najma the money 

"Divide it and now don't disturb me and go to sleep" Said Asad and walked toward his room. As he reached the doorstep and saw that his Sisters were still their standing their like a statue 

"GO NOW....." 

and Khan sisters and Humeira all ran from their before Asad could get mad

Asad stood their for Five more minutes to calm himsef and slowly  entered the room and the sight infront of him broke him and What he heard next almost killed him
