Mark watched kengkla get up and make his way to the counter
He ended up looking back at the couple, who were making their way out of the clothes store
They sat at a table parallel to mark and kla's table
That's when mark recognized the guy
"Isn't that Vee?" kla questioned.
He had come back a while ago,
he noticed mark staring intently at a guy few tables across,
mark's silence was his answer
"Guess he finally moved on from you and decided to get himself a boyfriend, I was starting to feel bad for him. anyway, I've got some business to handle, so I'll leave first"
Mark just nods his head, whilst still keeping his eyes on a certain couple few tables across
"you wanna try some" Vee mocked techno in a squeaky tone as he waves the spoon in front of techno's face
He was taken by surprise when techno grabs his hand and stuffs the spoon in his mouth
techno smirks at vee;s dumbfounded expression,
vee pouts and takes a bite out of his already half eaten cheesecake
This scene did not escape the sight of a hawk watching vee
Mark could not explain the feelings that had arised when he saw Vee feed the smaller guy
He didn't want Vee to pout at someone other than him
He wanted to drag Vee away from that guy,
Mark was surprised at how possessive he was feeling over his secretary
He had known that Vee had feelings for him since they first started working together
But mark didn't reciprocate those feelings and just ignored Vee to get him to leave him alone
But now that Vee had found someone else mark could feel his heart burn
He couldn't explain his feelings
He was pulled out of his thoughts when Vee got up and hoisted the kid and held him in his arms
It was then that mark noticed the presence of a kid
He didn't know when but he also got up from his own table
He wanted to go and ask Vee what this was? Had he really moved on?
He was lost in his thoughts once again, when he came to they had already left
Mark also made his way as there was no point in just standing there
He was having a leisure walk in the parking lot searching for his car, he wasn't looking straight and bumped into someone
He looked up to see vee look back at him wide eyed
his mouth opened as if to say something but he held back
"sorry, I wasn't looking where I was going" mark finally spoke up
Vee was about to reply
"what's taking you so long" The smaller guy comes back to Vee with the kid in tow
The scarlet red hair he had was parted to the right; it fell over his black doe eyes; his left ear was adorned with silver earrings. His pale skin complemented his fiery hair colour.
When he saw mark he looked at Vee,
the question evident on his face,
"This is my boss"
Techno turned to face mark
His lips formed into a small smile making him look ethereal,
"Nice to meet you, I'm techno"
"I'm mark"
Plip plop
One by one rain drops stated to fall
Vee noticed neither sky nor techno were wearing enough layers for the rain
He placed sky in techno's arms and took off his hoodie and put over both of them
"Get in the car first" he ordered both of them
Techno looked at vee unsurely and looked at sky shivering and just nodded ,He made his way to the car leaving vee with mark
"I'll call a car for you sir" Vee quickly called for a chauffeur for mark
'He would always place his clothes on me to protect me from the rain'
Mark couldn't ponder on the thought too long
Vee had gotten soaked in the rain
His black hair wet,
Water droplets clinging to his lashes,
His baby pink lips parted, his cheeks had turned pink
When he saw those twinkling brown eyes looking back at him, his heart stopped
The white t-shirt he was wearing had become transparent
The well-built figure made him want to reach out and touch it
Mark gulped Beep beep
Mark quickly got into the car without a word to Vee,
he placed a hand on his beating heart to calm it
'what the hell'
He watched vee through the rear view mirror,
His car got further and further
He didn't know why he kept looking back at Vee at today, he hoped he'd be back to normal the next day
