-FLASHBACK- (4 years ago)

Techno pushed through the crowd

Even a month later he couldn't bring himself to believe what had happened

He had no more tears left to cry

He took his usual seat at the bar counter next to the window

He had been coming here often

The waiter served his usual without needing to ask

His thoughts wandered back to a certain someone who was the cause of his happiness and now the cause of his despair.

He felt a deadweight land on his shoulder

He turned his head to get a look as to who it was

Ebony locks covering the guy's eyebrows, flushed out skin, his lips pulled into a pout,

Techno looked around for a friend or companion of the passed out drunk,

The music blasted loudly,

The crowd cheered and more people made their way to the dance floor,

He lifted his hand and tried to push the drunk off his shoulder, but his hand didn't have enough power to push him off,

He eventually gave up trying to remove him and leaned his head onto the window

The cold glass contrasting the warmth coming from the drunk

He felt strangely at peace

The thoughts from before no longer running through his mind

The music changed into a slow song

He let himself sway with the beat

A new kind of warmth bloomed inside him

It lulled him to sleep

He was awoken by the silence

The music had come to a stop

He looked around to find the bar empty aside from the waiters packing up

One of the bartenders seemed to notice him wake up

"Sir, its closing time, you need to leave so we can close"

Techno wanted to reply but was rushed out by the bartender along with the stranger

He looks at the guy leaning on him,

'What do I do with him? I can't leave him here'

Luck was not on his side,

It started to rain, slowly at first and it got faster and heavier

"shit, has my day not been bad enough already?"
