Although it was small, the 'All lives matter' slogan did some damage to BLM. It became the slogan of those who were against looting and rioting.
A slogan that was redundant became famous and gained supporters online because of the triggered BLM supporters who attacked ALM whenever it was mentioned.
Even now, anyone can just type 'ALM' in a racism-related or BLM related discussion and see how supporters of BLM get triggered. Unfortunately, this will only fuel ALM.
