“So how was school?”Sam asks over the phone
“Boring really boring and University?”I ask wondering what it would be like being there with her
“Aww you know Classes suck but bank practise was pretty cool .I think we may have a few very good song our sound is really developing .”She says
Smiling while she raves on about her band I wonder to myself if we are really just friends ,considering we have called each other every night since we got back from Cali.
“Look at me drowning your eardrums with my boring stuff .Have you asked her yet?”She asks and I feel a cold chill run through me.
Zoey.
Every since that day I have been getting the feeling something is really wrong .She doesn’t text or call but whenever I see her she makes me feel like the only person in the world .Wow.Have to stop watching romantic movies .
“You’re not boring I like hearing about your band .No I haven’t asked her about that conversation .Its none of my business anyway .”I say trying to convince myself and trying to convince Sam that I don’t care .
I don’t care if what I heard meant she and Jennifer slept together..do I?I don’t know maybe just because of the whole cuddling thing it would be strange of her to go and sleep with another girl and text me that same night .
“You do realize that I am a University student right?”She says
“Mmm and what does that mean?”
“I am kind of really smart and I know when you are lying.”She says sweetly
“Yeah yeah so I have heard so do you still want to go tomorrow?”I ask smiling
“Ofcourse!I have already written this down in my diary with small little hea..nevermind.”She says fake coughing

“I’d love to read that diary..”I say in a whisper hearing her giggle like a little girl yelling no no no..
She is Zoey’s opposite .In a good way .
“How the hell did you and Zoey become friends.”I wonder aloud
“I was a senior and Zoey a Sophomore .We both did sport and I heard her singing once in the showers and asked her to join the band .She was pretty good probably a lot better than our lead now .”She says
“He can’t be that bad.”
“Oh but I am that bad .”She says sounding embarrassed
Wow both of them are totally musical . Zoey can sing , play guitar ,piano and bass ..who knew .Sam plays guitar and drum .Did know I had a thing for a girl who knows how to play an instrument until now .Only question was for which girl did I have a thing for .
“Hey Lase I have to go we have night soccer on and my friends are calling me ill see you tomorrow okay?”She says as I hear guys in the background yelling for her to hurry up
“Aww okay I can’t wait to see you again .Enjoy it .”I say smack my phone against my head wishing I didn’t sound clingy
“I will Ill text you when I go to sleep .”She says hanging up the phone .
