After the events of Leonardo getting thrown off the building by Baron Draxum, his older friend, Raphael, promised himself he'd always keep a close eye on Leonardo. But, knowing Leonardo, he's always the one to be everywhere and super energetic. So to keep him still on at "arms length", Raphael always kept him close or hugged him tight whenever he wanted to go out alone.
