Jake and sunghoon had finally moved out of their parents homes and bought their own as they wanted to start their own family and adopt kids 

sunghoon was on his way to the adoption centre to while Jake was at home preparing a surprise for his future kid or kids and for his husband.

sunghoon entered the building where he was greeted by a young middle aged lady "hi sir you must be" the woman looked on the tablet she was holding "park sunghoon?" she asked looking up at him sunghoon nodded with a smile 

"ah yes right this way to the children" the woman started walking through a long hallway "so what age child were you hopping for mr park" she asked still walking through the hallway 

"well me and my lover wanted to have a toddler around the ages of 3-5" sunghoon said and before he knew it he was in a room full of toddlers his heart nearly melted when most of the kids ran up to him and started hugging his leg with big smiles but a kid caught sunghoon's eyes, 

sunghoon walked up to him, he kneeled down as this kid was sitting on the floor "hi buddy what's your name

" sunghoon said softly trying not to scare the kid "m-my name is ji-hoon" "nice to meet you ji-hoon my name is sung-hoon" ji-hoon looked up at sunghoons eyes widening his small hand reaching for sunghoons cheek gently tapping it "you're very handsome mr" sunghoons heart melted and started tearing up 

"hey ji-hoon do you want me to be your dad?" ji-hoon paused he looked at sunghoon and then pointed at another boy across the room "if you're going to be my dad can you also be jung-hoon's dad?" sunghoon looked over to were ji-hoon was pointing sunghoon looked back at ji-hoon "he is my brother" sunghoon picked up ji-hoon with a smile.

 he walked over to Jung-hoon "hey Jung-hoon?" sunghoon smiled, Jung-hoon looked at him the to his brother "do you want me to be your dad and ji-hoons dad?" Jung-hoon thought for a bit before franticly nodding.

 Jake sat in the kitchen anxiously waiting for sunghoon to come home when he received a text message

meet the new addition to our family <3

Jake looked at the photo and his heart melted immediately.

"daddy who is our mum?" ji-hoon asked "well you don't have a mum but you have another dad" responded sunghoon "ah~ can you tell me about my other daddy" "how about you two call your other daddy Appa so its easier, and you Appa his name is jaeyun and he is nice, he has a warm smile and he is going to be the best Appa"

Jake heard the door handle rattle so he stood up waiting for sunghoon to come in and as he did so the door opened and two little boys came running is screaming "APPA!!!" they hugged Jake and Jake hugged them back his eyes filling with tears "meet ji-hoon and Jung-hoon" introduced sunghoon, Jake looked at the two boys "now I have 3 hoons" Jake mumbled before he picked junghoon and sunghoon picking up ji-hoon.
