The Date (Part 1)

SASUKE'S POV
Early in the morning after the eventful night, I'm laying on my bed looking up at my pendant

'I promised both of us that I would never date anyone but her, and yet here I am going on a date with the narcissistic princess'

I get up from my bed and put the pendant on

'I hope you can forgive me'

SHIORI'S POV
Early in the morning, I'm preparing for my date with the domineering prince. My sister came by my room earlier and insisted on helping me choose an outfit, but I declined her offer

'I never went on a date with any guy before because the only guy I want to go on a date with is my first love. I know it's silly since we were just kids back then. However, all these years, I never accepted anyone's confession because I was holding out hope that he and I would meet again'

I take out my key from my jewelry box and put it on

'My dear first love, I hope you would be able to forgive me'

I terminate my plans with Ino to go on this date

"Onee chan" I hear my younger brother call me

I turn around and I see him entering my room

"What is it?" I ask

"Uh, a cool but grumpy looking guy claiming to be your boyfriend is waiting in the sitting room" my little brother says

"Oh, he's here huh?" I say in a whisper

"The maids are all distracted by him and the butlers are all busy, so I concludeed to come get you myself instead"

'So even our maids are not immune to his looks huh?'

"You're such a good boy" I smile to my brother

"Onee chan, I'm not a little kid anymore" he pouts

"Aww, you'll always be our adorable baby brother" I say

He pouts again

"Come on, let us go. We don't want to keep that domineering prince waiting" I say as I stand up, holding a pair of glasses and a cute hat

"Domineering prince?" my little brother asks

"I'll inform you someday" I smile

"Uh, alright" he nods

My younger brother and I leave my room

"By the way onee chan, that's a really cute outfit"

"Thanks" I smile

'Even if this is a fake date and the one I'm going on this fake date with is a guy I despise, I still have to look extra good'

SASUKE'S POV
'Uggh, what's taking her so long?! It's already 9'

We planned on meeting up, but my mother insisted that I pick her up

"Good morning Sasuke, my apologies for keeping you waiting" 

"About ti--" I look towards Shiori and I see her wearing a cute sundress and a pair of fashionable boots

I feel my cheeks getting hot

"Earth to Sasuke" she says, breaking me out of my trance

"Shall we head out now?" she says

"Oh uh, yeah. Let's go" I say

We go outside of their mansion, at the corner of my eyes, I see people peeking from different areas of the garden
