chapter 11 the ties that bind us

Hollow and I where waking to the abyss they didn't tell us why we needed to go to the abyss but they just told us that someone would be there waiting for us someone that could actually help us.

A constant state of dread was always up of my body I never liked to go into that place even now that most of the masks are gone and reborn or rebuilt I still don't like visiting there I don't like thinking about the past. Especially because that's where he was before this all happened and where he was trapped below that place.

We kept walking till we hit the entrance to the abyss I was scared I never liked being here. Hollow asked me if I was okay if I was scared and if you could comfort me I if I need and that he was always there.

I I nodded to my brother reassuring I was fine we jumped into the pit. We fell longer it had gotten deeper when we hit the bottom the first thing we saw was a seal the seal to the void.

The seal that failed to contain the darkness known as void and the true evil in him. I'm ready.

We walked into the shadowy place and there was nothing in there it was empty of any signs of live the site alone was very unsettling the air had nothing special about it and on entirety we both felt our body's get heavier everything about this place was wrong not suitable for life

Hornet:so this is the place where void grew up it's so empty, so miserable so

Hollow:full of danger stay close to me okay I don't want you getting hurt got it

I nodded my head as hollow and I followed and got closer to the pressure we felt earlier every step echoed infinitely in this space of nothingness it was scary in a way was so unnatural nowhere else in hollownest was like this place

As we went deeper it became harder to see harder to feel harder to hear harder to feel anything it was like it was eating at our sanity like a leech with a blood it drained us the further we went.

Hollow:well we made it this is the end of at least this place and the pressure is just beyond this gate

Hornet:okay let's do this the faster we get this done the faster we can get out of this.... place.

Hollow: agreed

Hollow opened the gate it scraped against the floor making a very ominous noise stepped in feeling the presence stronger than ever went deeper inside and saw this beast it was moving breathing it looks familiar like a god but forgotten he was tired beating and not moving that much

Hornet:hello? Are you alive sir

???:who is there and how did you find me in this place

Hollow:I am hollow and this is my sister hornet we are children of the pale King. 'Spoke within a Stern tone'

???: Well that is interesting I did not believe that any child of werim could enter this place well in that case because you are Divine beings I shall tell you my name. My name is empor and I am the father of void my son and from what I've heard from what I've seen he has been causing some problems

Hornet: well yes but no. you're son has been causing problems but it's not him who's wanting to cause problems it's someone different like something took over him that is not void.

Empor: I know that is not my son who is doing this my son is kind of hard to that is not him I don't know who would do that to him or if that is just him on the deep inside but I fear that he is lost if I were to get out of here I have one request to save my son

Hollow: well that's what we're here to do get you out of here we need your help please help us help us fight void to help save him ,to save hollownest please.

Empor: it is to save my son I will do exactly that but there is no guarantees I can stop them I have watched him grow is a lot stronger than me and his power continues to grow as we speak the longer we wait the worse it will get.

He stands up revealing that he really is royalty and a god his bear presence makes us feel welcome some sort of familiarity maybe the fact that this presence of a god really does lift the air of emptiness.

Empor: well then shall we get going now I would love to meet my dear friend again to apologize to him for that day

Hollow: we are doing this for hollownest for the people to save lives and I promise one way or another we are going to find a way to save your son. Let's go hornet we have Kingdom save let's get back home to Dad we're going to end this whether it cost us our lives or not this needs to end.

Hornet: I agree this needs to end one way or another this is going to end whether the outcome is bad or good all things must meet an end of some sort.

Hornet:Hang in there void we're coming, we're all coming to save you to help you please just hang on a little longer I'll be there for you just hang on just try to hold him back I know it can be hard and it is most likely hard and I can never know what you were going through but I know it has to be painful it has to be rough but we are on our way to help you I promise just hang in there I'll be seeing you soon my long lost friend. I'll keep that promise that was made so many years ago we all deserve a happy ending.

(Okay so I know I said I was going to take a short break but it ended up being like 2 to 3 months but something at school happened and some bs3 also so I had to take a longer break I had a lot more stuff to focus on but now that it's summer prepare to be hit a lot with this stuff see you guys next time)
