7 ( A man I remember)

I wake up to caitlyn and Vi arguing about something My mask is off and a potato sack Over my head and my hands restrained behind me.

"Ughh can you guys shut the fuck up?"
A door is heard opening up.
They take me and vi
I'm put in a different room from Vi

I wait a while of darkness and quietness
After a while the door is opened from my room my mask off and my potato sack off. I can see the light being shined in my face.

Vi walks in first unhand from the restraints.
With another person walking in behind her.
"I-I... ekko?"
Vi takes me out of my restraint

"Clay? It's really you?"

He stalks closer with his guard up
I smile and run to him and hug him.

" I've missed you ekko.."

I rub my head on his shoulder then realizing what was happening "ahem- what is going on?" I say letting go of ekko
With a blush on my face.

"We need to stop jinx. We'll come up with a plan sometime"

"Alright what about caitlyn?"

I nudge my head to the side
"She can wait I have something to show you two first "

(Okay I'm changing up the scene )

We follow ekko I stare out from the tree and ekko tells us what's he been doing for the past years we spent apart from each other.

"You did well ekko.."
I smirk to him leaving him in a mustered smile.

"Now that I think of it since your 'C' doesn't that mean you're the owner of another sanctuary?"
He stares for an answer

"Why yes! "
I smile in brightness
I walk to him slowly with my arms behind me
Getting close to him

"I guess great minds think alike Hm?"

I could feel his breath getting heavy on face getting close
"ALWAYSSS ! "

I turn away from a now, a shocked, smirking ekko

"What are we going to do?"

I look at both Vi and ekko.

" y'know theres something else I wanna show you two.."

We are shown a wall with our faces and others we know that are gone now..

"This wall was the start and with all of our dead love ones.."
Ekko shakes his head

"I thought you-"
He looks to me with a bit of tears in his eyes
" I-I thought I failed you.."
He stares at the dirt on the ground.

"I-I..."
I walk to slowly to him
And grab his arm before he protests pulling him into another long needed hug

And pull away now holding his shoulders and looking into his eyes

"It is not your fault. That I was filled with so much anger. That I left and I left you ."

I let him go

"I know I just.. wish I would've gone after you..."
He sighs and grabs my wrist and pulls me into another hug.

"I'm sorry Clay.."

Another memory ? Or a dream...

This time the lights are strong.
A colorful power of flowers on trees blowing in the air.
It is spring time
Ekko and me alone spending our time together
Alone.

I remember we were just kids when we first started our crushes on each other..

We ran around playing tag together waiting for powder to come and play with us.

I always end up wishing I could bring my memories back to my time.

I am now back in the present.
I wake from my nap in ekko's bedroom he decided to let me sleep in his bed.

It's dark now the moonlight shine in the room

"Finally awake huh?"

I look into the light shining from the bathroom to a freshly cleaned ekko

"What were your dreams about?"
He chuckled messing with me

" The Past.. "
I look at the moon for a few minutes there is quiet.
I feel the bed sink a bit as ekko sits on it next to me

"You know clay you scared me.. I thought you were dead.. I felt. I-I abandoned you."

He put his head on my shoulder.
"Once again ekko. It's not your fault it was mine"

He sighs at this
"I know , but.. I felt sad and alone for it"

I hold his arm

"It's alright "

He hugs back as we let go we stare at each other the moonlight is the only light now on our toned skin.

" I ugh.."

Ekko speaks rubbing his head

" let's go down and join the other huh?"

Ekko gets up from the bed and puts a hand out for me.
I grab his hand and he leads me to the others location.

"So are we going to head up to topside now?"
I asked Vi for the plan

And she explains.

"Yea, no ekko. Jinx is too much to hold alone . So I'm not letting you do that alone."
I shake my head with my arms crossed

"I don't want you to get hurt either. I just got you back I'm not letting you.

I pull him by his collar
"You don't have to let me do shit. Because I'm doing it either way."
I smirk letting him go.

"F-fine."
Ekko crosses his arms and turns his head fyp the side away from me and the others to not see his flustered face

"You're funny ekko."

I laugh and continue walking away to go to the topside bridge.
