Hello to you beautiful humans who decided to read this book.

I'm really grateful to you all for giving it a shot, and I hope you stick around!

At the top is the cover for now, I might change it, so if anyone has any ideas, please let me know x

Before you start reading, I just wanted to say my piece.☺️

1) The two main characters engage in gay sex. This may not be for everyone, but I have made it very clear that this book will have dick on dick action. So, if you are not comfortable with that, it's okay, but please do not read any further. If this is your first time reading a gay book, I suggest you message me, and I will recommend some starter books before you continue this, because we will be jumping into the deep end people!

2) This book contains elements of BDSM. It's not too heavy, but there may be some stuff that might make you uncomfortable. Maybe. Just to point out, this is a hurt-comfort romance, so some of the kinks will make more sense. There's nothing too extreme, but it's still preferably for the open minded.

3) This kind of links to my previous points a little. But, PLEASE DO NOT FETISHIZE GAY MEN. It is okay to enjoy some smut and romance- in any order ;) - but please don't sexualize them.

4) There will be mentions of sexual assault. I know I really don't have to say this, though I will do anyways since it won't hurt anyone, but SEXUAL ASSAULT OF ANY KIND IS NOT OKAY! What I will write will in no way show this act in a good light, so don't worry. For any of you who may be triggered by such act, firstly, I'm extremely sorry about that, and secondly, I will add warnings at the beginning of chapters for you to be aware of.

5) One of the main characters, my baby Maxie, has ADHD. I don't have this myself, nor do I personally know anyone who has this since I don't really like socializing with people. Anything that I do write is either something I've picked up from other books, though I haven't read many with this disorder, but mainly from research online. If you want some more information, continue reading and I will copy and paste some info from google :).

6) Please don't leave any hate. It's okay if you don't like the plot or the characters or the way in which I've written the story, and if that's the case, then simply leave. I'm not American, but this book is based in America...so if some bits don't make sense, or if my wording is a bit different, then I apologize before hand. And please don't be mean to anyone in the comments either- especially any Grammar Nazis. I appreciate any feedback, including spelling errors. So basically, I'm all for constructive feedback, but please don't give me your shit. Just be nice. Ty.

~Some google copy and paste, though you can skip as I will explain my character's disorder throughout the book anyway

ADHD stands for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. It is a medical condition. Adult attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder is a mental health disorder that includes a combination of persistent problems, such as difficulty paying attention, hyperactivity and impulsive behavior. Adult ADHD can lead to unstable relationships, poor work or school performance, low self-esteem, and other problems.

Some people with ADHD have fewer symptoms as they age, but some adults continue to have major symptoms that interfere with daily functioning. In adults, the main features of ADHD may include difficulty paying attention, impulsiveness and restlessness. Symptoms can range from mild to severe.

Many adults with ADHD aren't aware they have it — they just know that everyday tasks can be a challenge. Adults with ADHD may find it difficult to focus and prioritize, leading to missed deadlines and forgotten meetings or social plans. The inability to control impulses can range from impatience waiting in line or driving in traffic to mood swings and outbursts of anger.

Adult ADHD symptoms may include:

-Impulsiveness
-Disorganization and problems prioritizing
-Poor time management skills
-Problems focusing on a task
-Trouble multitasking
-Excessive activity or restlessness
-Poor planning
-Low frustration tolerance
