The next day,
When Penny took a day off school one day and everyone in the friend group that she was close to
since an incident happened the previous day and she truly hasn't forgotten nothing and needless to
say she wasn't friends with La Cienega anymore
even though she was never was in the first place she distance herself from Deijnay because she
was the school gossip girl and she couldn't trust her not to open her mouth about any of this
She was still having those flashbacks to the times that she was with Kareem and mentally it was
hurting her and no one knew this even if her parents found out about what happened she
didn't speak about it the only person she has spoke about it to was KG and she trusted him
And slowly mixture with the flashbacks that she was having currently was ones that were from the
past that were still good and pure from when she was only four and three years old at the time
When KG arrived at the clubhouse and saw Penny having one of her episodes of memories
He knew what to do and comfort her and she felt much better after that and his sister and then
Michael appeared and they found out a few days later of what happened they haven't spoken to La
Cienega or Deijnay for weeks now and it was a good thing because they caused enough damage
When Maya found out what Kareem said about women she snapped and went all out which
didn't surprise KG at all and he was just there watching it all happen while comforting Penny
Things certainly change with an instant and he tried to help her the best he could and slowly
She was slowly recovering but returning to normal after everything she's gone through and
KG was determined to stay near her side and never leave her alone to make sure she knows she
wasn't and hopefully she got the message clearly he loved her but slowly he was trying to make
progress to make her remember him but slowly when he showed her the locket closely and show
the picture inside which she never opened in a long time not since she was six years old at that
time she recognized him after so long and hugged him tightly and he was glad she finally
remembered him after years of being a part and reconnecting after he moved back to town
everything is falling into place and nothing but the greatest thing happened when they spoke
Penny: it's nice to remember you finally Francis
KG: same goes for you Penelope
Penny: we're not going to be apart again?
KG: never gonna happen I'm making sure of it
Penny: okay thanks KG
KG: No problem penny
Around them they were preparing for a special event for a sweet 16 but not just any but Penny's
birthday however everyone didn't tell her what was going on and KG sword kept it a secret
Which she was confused on what he was hiding but left alone because she didn't want to push
him to reveal some thing he didn't want to
She's just hoping she'll find out sooner or later
Hopefully more things unravel with time but there's something he wanted to do for a long time
He's just hoping the right moment is to confess to her is on her birthday...
