Part 1

"Min Yoongi, you better not slam my door!" his mother warned

Yoongi 12, looked at his mother before purposely closing the door loudly, even though he knew that he was in trouble. His mother, Jeon Soomi 28, sighed and opened the door to let her other sons in. Min Jimin 6, and Jeon Jungkook almost 3, ran straight upstairs, not wanting to be in the crossfire as they knew that a huge argument was about to happen.

"Eomma, can I just take the punishment and not be forced to leave!" Yoongi shouted

"It's just for the summer, Jimin will be with you," she said calmly

"I don't want to go. I hate going,"

"I don't have a choice Yoon, you know that why do we have to argue every year,"

"I don't want to go, that's why. Why can't you come with us?"

"You are supposed to spend it with your dad, not me,"

"Eomma, we hate leaving you alone with Kookie,"

"I'll be fine baby, I'll visit for a week but that's it,"

"2 weeks and I promise to keep out of trouble until we leave,"

"Yah, you brat, the school called me,"

"They were picking on Minnie," he replied

"They had to visit the hospital after you and Jimin beat them up," she said, trying to stay calm

"Not my fault they can't be proper bullies,"

"You are lucky, Jimin, come down here!"

Soomi knew her kids all had strong personalities like her but sometimes she wished that they weren't. They all went into the kitchen, Jungkook letting Yoongi help him onto the counter as Soomi handed him banana milk while she gave Jimin and Yoongi a fruit bowl from the fridge.

"Boys, I had to leave work early today, I can't do it anymore for the next 3 weeks, okay?"

"Otay Eomma," Jungkook answered

"We didn't start it," Jimin said quietly

"I know but I told you already, ignore them,"

"Eomma, they called you a whore,"

"His dad wishes," Yoongi commented

"Am I one?" she asked, pulling things out of the fridge

"No, you best Eomma!" Jungkook replied while the others shook their heads

"See, Kookie gets it. Jimin, Yoongi, don't let them get to you.,"

"Eomma, why do we have to be the bigger person?"

"Simply because your mother doesn't need to go to jail. People are stupid and greedy. Do you want to go to another school then?"

"Can we go to private school?" Yoongi asked

"Fine, I'll call my boss tomorrow," she said

"What are we eating?" Jimin asked

"Galbi, Bossam, and Tonkatsu with kimchi fried rice, and before you start, the galbi and bossam were made this morning and the pork just has to be fried,"

"Eomma, aren't we rich?" Jimin asked

"Why?" she asked suspiciously

"We can get a chef like at Appa's house," he said

"Jimin, we aren't there, and Eomma's food is better," Yoongi stated

"Kookie, you love Eomma's cooking?" she asked the toddler
