shouldn't the sun be up?
the light coming from the slits in the blinds is weak
lean in,
use two fingers to peak at the outside world
the sun is up, but the sky is dark
gloomy clouds hang low
creating a dim morning
.
i smile
.
my favorite weather
why?
because today everyone will feel a sliver of what I feel
dark grey clouds hanging overhead
no control of when they will go away
