3) my parents found my texts with the crisis hotline because i forgot to delete them like an IDIOT (i've texted like 5-6 times) and set me up with a therapist before they even told me they found them. the funny thing is they said "you have every right to be mad at us," but when i was screaming and sobbing, they looked like i was crazy and they wanted to punish me, all in one look. anyways those texts had several mentions of suicidal thoughts and self-harm tendancies sooo that was great
