Illusioned

Chapter 8

You looked in the bathroom mirror and did a twirl in front of it. You loved your new look! It fit your personality so well!

You smiled at yourself thinking you looked so elegant and pretty, you never wanted to take this off! You knew you were gonna have to when taking a bath and washing the clothing, but you knew what you meant

You picked up your bag and raced off to Captain Yami, knowing that you took up a lot of time he's probably gonna be pissed but you didn't care. This was much more important!

"HEY!" you yelled to the group of men who were talking to one another until you called their attention

You came to a slow stop when reaching the group then leaned over trying to catch your breath

"Both of you Newbies got some nerve to have me waitin' like that. How long does it take for any of you to do simple tasks?" He looked at your new get up and grabbed you by the top of your head, squeezing it

"Oh, so you were out playing dress up?" He asked you in a menacing tone

"NO! ALL THESE WERE GIFTS I GOT FROM MY FAMILY! MY AUNT SAID TO OPEN IT WHEN I CHOSE MY MAGIC KNIGHT SQUAD! OWWWW!" You yelled in agony while kicking your feet above the air. The hat was kinda helping with the pressure but not too much since Captain Yami was really muscular 

Asta was too scared to help you, as he began to spout nonsense about his dump to excuse him from being late. He didn't know exactly if his punishment would be the same or worse. He showed up just a few seconds earlier than you, but it was still awhile until he got there

Captain Yami then grabbed him by the head and you both dangled from the ground in pain

"You both are already a pain in my neck you know that?!" He squeezed tighter making you both yell out in pain and for help but of course no one dared to step up to Captain Yami

While he did this, his collogues stood there watching you both struggle until captain Yami gave Finral the go ahead to open a portal

He opened his grimoire and did as Captain Yami instructed 

"WOAH HOW COOL! WHAT IS THAT?!" Asta strained out in pain to ask

"It's a portal!" You strained out too but couldn't go on to explain since all your thoughts were being caved in on one another to one singular, which was pain

"You obviously can't fly on a broom, so you're gonna have to learn some kind of movement spell to get around." Captain Yami explained to Asta because you clearly could fly on one

"Oh right, you don't have any magic power!" He joked, laughing in his face. You didn't think it was all that funny but even if you did you couldn't laugh

"You think you're funny, don't you?" You strained out only to be crushed more, it was like a giant hammer was slowly coming down on your head

"I don't think, I know." He corrected

"Um, excuse me Yami, but this is a pretty sizable gate to keep open for so long so could you hurry up and go through already?" Finral said trying to rush him but that was an obvious mistake. He turned to Finral still clutching onto both of your heads to address him

"It almost sounded like you were telling me what to do!" He said in a low tone, not asking but implying 

"Suck it up, dig deep, and push your limits." He ordered making Finral sweat and scream like a girl even though Captain Yami hadn't laid a finger on him

"Here ya go!" Yami said swinging back his arm that had Asta in it and launching him, then swinging back the arm he had you in and throwing you behind him to a place you didn't know
