Habitat
The Chinese Fireball is the Oriental dragon in the wizarding world, it is believed that there may have been other species to live there, but none have been recorded for many centuries. They live in the mountains, like the majority of dragon species.

Prey
The Fireball will prey upon most mammals, preferring pigs and humans.

Size
This dragon is medium size, around 25ft long, although this may vary. The largest full-grown Chinese Fireball recorded was an estimated 32ft long, and the smallest around 21ft. Generally, the females are larger than the males.

Egg
It's eggs are giving crimson speckled with gold, these eggs are very beautiful and useful. The shells are prized for use in Chinese wizardry. Females lay a around 6-10 eggs and the young dragons will remain with their mother for around four years. Unlike other dragons the other parent will often stay close to the mother and stay longer with the young fireballs.

Appearance
The Chinese Fireball has smooth, scarlet scales and a fringe of golden spikes around its face. It has a very appearance and would be difficult to cover up if a muggle sighting was announced, some incidents have occurred before, but have been dealt with accordingly by the wizarding authorities.
