Abby's POV
My breathing started to increase as I stared down at my bare hand. My whole body froze as Luke's words taunted my brain. "We fought about you." What does that mean? Where they fighting over me? Did they loose their friendship but act like everything was okay for my own sake? Why? Why would they do that?! It's all my fault. I should of never come between them. I should of never leaded Luke on while I was dating Ashton.
This is so wrong. What I'm doing is so wrong. I feel sick with myself. I cuddled with Luke while I had a relationship with Ashton hanging by a thread. It did make since though that I didn't have much feelings for Ashton since we just started dating. Plus it was all just suppose to be a date but Ashton kinda put us as a couple. I wish I just told him I didn't want to be in a relationship at the moment. Isn't it weird how I had the longest crush ever on Ashton and now I grow feelings for Luke? It's like I want Luke more then anything.
But I can't do this to them. I can't have neither of them. I don't deserve them. I'm just a mistake that got in the way. I could ruin their friendship. "I'm so sorry." I whispered as Luke stopped crying. "What? Why would you be-"
"I shouldn't be here." I interrupted as I looked around quickly. "Abby what are you talking about?" Luke asked as he looked at me. I took my hand off of Luke's back and I looked at Luke. "I shouldn't be here anymore." I whispered before getting up.
"Abby stop!" Luke called out as he grabbed my wrist with his hand and he pulled me back. "Let go Luke please." I said sadly as I looked into his watery eyes. "No where are you going? Why are you leaving? Please don't leave." Luke begged. "Luke stop you'll make it harder." I whined.
"Abby stop! What are you doing? Where are you going?" Luke asked, slowly pulling me closer to him. "Luke, I- I can't do this anymore I'm sorry." I stuttered as I looked around the room before my eyes met his. "What do you mean?" He chocked out.
"I can't be here. I, I caused this." I mumbled, tears swelling in my eyes. "What? Caused what? Abby talk to me! Your not saying enough!" Luke said. "Luke I'm the reason you both fought! You guys probably have a broken relationship because of me! It's all because of me! All because I can't take care of my own feelings! I messed up!" I said, starting to loose my mind.
I snatched my wrist from Luke's hand and I placed my hands on my head. "Abby please calm down. What are you even talking about? You didn't cause this!" Luke protested.
"YES I DID!" I screamed. "How Abby?!" Luke yelled, standing up. "you both are fighting over me! I'm dating Ashton while I'm falling hard for you! This is so wrong I- I can't be here! I need to go, before this gets worse. Before you and Ashton no longer become friends." I said as I turned around and walked away.
"No Abby don't leave please!" Luke begged as he grabbed my arm. "Luke let go!" I said as I tried yanking my arm away but he only held me tighter. "Abby I can't let you leave. Where will you go?" Luke said, tears falling from his beautiful blue eyes.
"I don't know away from here!!! I can't take this anymore Luke!" I said. "Abby-"
"No I have to go." I said, letting the tears fall from my eyes. "Why! I don't understand! I can stop! I can stop loving you I- I can try to stop falling for you." Luke said with pleading eyes. It looked like it broke him just to say that.
"The thing is, I don't want you to! Don't you get that?" I cried out, raising my hands in the air. "I like Ashton but I love you. This is all messed up Luke and I'm the one that's in the middle of this. I screwed up both of your guys feelings. It's all my fault!" I said loudly.
"Abby no it's-"
Before Luke could even finish, I yanked my arm away and I bolted towards the door. "ABBY NO!" Luke screamed as he chased after me. I began to cry as I opened the door and I ran outside. I didn't know where I was going but It had to be away from here. I'm done hurting Luke. All he's ever done is love me and I've never loved him back until I have a boyfriend.
