Hard time crying, probably struggles with genuine emotions and regards to friends as acquaintances because he personally doesn't feel close with them.
Since he spent so much of his life plotting ways to kill Smiley if smiley did die he wouldn't know what to do with himself after.
He doesn't feel real. He's had a moment where he felt like he has little to no effect on the world and if he went away for a year no one would mind
His memories are a varying degrees of blur, only the traumatic event in his childhood and recent experiences remain vivid and still. Which is why his hatred of Smiley managed to stay for like twenty plus years, heck maybe even another decade
When he sees Smiley and finds out something he's change looks similar (hair style, clothes, accessories) he feels absolutely disgusted and won't leave his room for an hour or more.
As a teen he struggled not to be related or compared with Smiley, he absolutely hated the idea of them being twins and Smiley shares the same sentiment
There was an incident when he refused to use Smiley's mask going out while he was sick and just grabbed whatever was around, he took Eyeless Jack's mask, his face got stained by the black goo and had a hard time cleaning it off
At some point he stopped talking. He wished someone would comfort him but not even his parents noticed and he lost his faith. He gradually became more independent after and cut all emotional ties with his parents
