So! I wish I could say this just came out of my- our, head. But this story is more of... What I remember, from my canon. I don't hold much hope that we might split someone from it, but I was comfortable there. So, I figured, why not write it down, like a story? There wasn't particularly anything harmful in trying. And here we are! A story. Of my life, technically. Not all of it, obviously, but... What I consider to maybe be the most important period of it. I don't particularly care if anyone actually reads this or not, both referring to the author's note and the book itself. I just want to put my past down into paper without putting it onto anyone here, anyone from my new life. I don't see it as a goodbye, just.. Putting it into words. Because memory is fragile, finicky. And I have too many cherished memories from there that I'd rather never forget. So, enjoy! Or. Or don't. It's up to you, after all.
