"Good Morning, Mr. Clamende."

"Matthew, my boy! How are you doing, son?"
Matthew
"I'm well, Sir. To what do I owe this call?"
Mr. Vicente Clamende
"So formal, boy! I told you to call me Lolo Sente. I've known you for years."
Matthew
"Old habits die hard, Sir."
Mr. Vicente Clamende
"Hmm. Very well. I called to ask for a favor."
Matthew
"Do I need a shovel, Sir?"
Mr. Vicente Clamende

"Your humor is very like mine when I was a young lad."
Matthew
"Then I'm flattered."
Mr. Vicente Clamende
"I called to ask if you can make a vacancy for my apo. She's taking Interior Design and minor in business and she said she needs atleast 2 months of internship in business. I don't know why but you know, schools these days. I asked her she can take the internship in my company but she refused. Said she wanted to try another company. Tsk kids."
Matthew
"Ahh. I understand, Sir.
Of course I'll have a vacancy for her.
What department would she like to be in?"
Mr. Vicente Clamende
"I'd be more comfortable if she works closely to you. Personal assistant, perhaps."
Matthew
"Personal assistant? Are you sure, Sir?"
Mr. Vicente Clamende
"You're an Architect and a businessman. I'm sure she'll learn a lot from you."
Matthew
"She can report tomorrow."
Mr. Vicente Clamende
"Good, good! I'll tell her. Thank you, son.
And I'll have her bring my proposal for my new condominum that I want to build in Singapore."
