The girl in the image above is Harper. Her and Miguel are twins but they pretty much are polar opposites Miguel followed the rules he was given but Harper broke them all that's most likely why she got the community service and probation but if you guys want details tell me in comments or something.
The story will take place two days after Miguel's big fight with Kyler and his goons at the school that caused more business for Cobra Kai anyway that's the day after she came to town stuff will make sense later in the story
