With no lights in sight,

Clouds that give you fright.

Stars invisible,

Moon unseeable.

.

Lost in the nearest wood,

Maps now misunderstood.

Owls hoot as it fly high

Up in the shrouded sky.

.

Senses now erroneous;

Crickets are harmonious.

There will be no Polaris

To escape from the Taurus.

.

Head now errs as you gasp for air;

Now aware as you chant for pray'r.
