Hidden Bliss - Akari (my kny oc) x tanjiro

Part 1

Akari's Pov
It was a nice and cold winter day.
Everything was peaceful. As a child.
Things changed when I grew up.
Parents argued with each other now and you got yelled at. Dad was an alcoholic and mom..she was always angry now.
Everything didn't bother me too much. But one day everything changed.

One day I was walking home after visiting town to get some house hold items, I came home to my parents in another argument.
I went to go stop it as usual but then my dad hit me with a beer bottle and I attempted to dodge it but it still got me leaving a cut across my eye and I lose my balance and fall onto the floor as I close my left eye and cover it with my hand as it is now covered in blood.
As I'm sitting on the wooden floor it goes silent and my dad turns to look at me and just scoffs before exiting the room and my mom isn't paying any attention towards me.
