Matt • Bruises (pt.1)

Matt pov:

I was at the store, grabbing some snacks for tonight's video. I went down the candy isle and found some snacks then brought it to the counter, once I set down the snacks. The cashier started scanning after that I paid and walked out the door.

As I was walking, I seen someone sitting out front on the stairs, drinking a beer. With no jacket, in the cold. Once I got a better view of who it was I realized it was Y/n. I immediately dropped the bag of snacks and ran over to her

"Hey Y/n, you okay?" I asked, walking towards her

She just turned more away from me, as if she didn't want me to see her.

"Hey what's wrong?" I asked her, sitting down

"Nothing"

"Clearly somethings up, what happened?" I asked again

"I got into a fight" she said, slightly turning to me. That's when I seen a gash on her lip and she had some dark bruising on her check and a little around her eye.

"Woah what happened!?" I asked, now kneeling in front of her, checking the injuries

"Bro, don't worry I'm fine" she said, shooing my hand away

"Clearly not, your lip is bleeding, you've got bruising and your sitting here in the freezing cold, with no cellphone and drinking a beer" I stated

"Well things happen, with relationships and you just can't stop it from happening" she said

Then I realized that she got a busted lip and bruised face because of her idiotic abusive boyfriend, Isaac.

"Wait Isaac did this?" I asked

"Yeah, but I got him back, punched him square in the face, and kicked him right in the sack" she said, slightly laughing, clearly drunk as a skunk.

"Your coming home with me" I said, grabbing her arm

-time skip-

After about a 10 minute drive, we made it back to my place. I had to help her get all the way to the door, tripping on the stairs a bit. Once I opened the door, she stumbled into the wall. Making a bang noise against it.

"What's going on over here?" Nick yelled, walking over here

Once he turned the corner, he seen Y/n's arm wrapped around my shoulder, with her injuries showing and shivering. He immediately helped me, by taking her to the kitchen to warm up, while I took of my shoes and coat.

Nick sat her down at the table, giving her a glass of water.

"Here drink this" he said

Once she was done drinking the water, Chris came downstairs and grabbed the medical kit from the bathroom sink.

He laid all the stuff on the table, and I grabbed a stool and sat in front of Y/n. I started by cleaning off the wounds, and patching them up. The bruising would take some time to go away but it would disappear eventually.

After about 20 minutes, me and Chris finally got Y/n upstairs. We went to my room and made Y/n lay down on my bed.

Me and Chris left her in there with Nick, while we were talking in the hallway.

"Yo what the hell happened to her" Chris asked

"She and Isaac got into a fight again, and he hit her. She said she came to the corner store to get something to drink, she got her hands on some beer and almost drank a 6 pack by herself. I didn't even notice her when I went in" I explained

"She really needs to break up with that dude"

"Yeah but she's afraid of what he'll do to her if she said that she was done with him." I said

"Yeah that's true, but he needs to learn a lesson" Chris shot back

"Yep he really does, but we can't do that. We'll get beat to death. For now she will stay here" I demanded

"Okay, but she's sleeping in your room" he said back, going back into the room

We went back in and seen that she was fast asleep, with Nick sitting beside her.

"Okay Nick, I think I'm okay to take it from here" I said, kinda nervous on what to do if she wakes up having a nightmare, or doesn't feel good or she's scared.

"Okay, just remember I'm always downstairs if you need me, Goodnight" Nick said, patting me on the back

"Goodnight Matt" Chris said, walking out the door with Nick

"Goodnight guys" I said back

I walked over to Y/n, seeing some her resting on the side of her face.

"Goodnight Y/n" I said, kissing her forehead

I then went to my side of the bed and went to sleep, until I heard:

"Goodnight to you too, Matt"

Hey guys, I decided to do another one and I'm probably gonna make one more.

Anyways make sure to eat and drink something!! Love you my little bubblies.
