It was a text.. from your mother, her and you have never been on the best terms ever since your father died she had been quite distant, she has a business in NY and wanted you to join her but you insisted on staying in Japan. It's not like you hate her but you just cant stand her presence because she always blamed you for her husband's death which also happens to be your biological father. She recently married a man in New York, to you he just gives off bad vibes so you never actually talk to him and don't even consider calling him dad.

Its already been 9 and she still didn't come, lowkey hoping that she just dosen't visits you but looked like the guy sitting up there had another plans.

Your ears perked up at the loud chiming sound of the doorbell

talking halt steps you reached the door opening it to reveal your mother standing there along with her big ass suitcase

"Hi baby, how are you?" she said opening her arms to hug you

you broke the hug and moved to the side to let her enter your cozy little estate

"so how was your flight?" you asked her while closing the door behind you

"hm it was good but im maybe a little nauseous"

"oh i'll get you some medicine you can take the guest room to the right"

'Maybe she has changed' was the thought that came to your mind

You made some soup for your mother not forgetting to take the medicines otw to the room she'll be staying in.

"here i made some soup for you and here are the medicines" gently keeping the bowl of soup on the table beside the bed and taking the medicine outta your pocket handing it to her.

"its okay, mom i know you're prolly exhausted from that long flight, I'll leave then you can have your rest" your mom nodded as you left the room saying a quick goodnight

You were currently watching a random show on your t.v. at 3 in the morning instead of sleeping You just couldnt sleep for some reason

"aren't you supposed to be asleep at this time?"

You said before stormed to your room locking the door behind you and started packing your stuff

You jumped out of you window landing roughly slightly scarping your knees since it was a little high even though your room was downstairs.
