Being loved. Losing that love.
The flat dull thud of a volleyball hitting the ground.

Pain of losing parts of you.

Kageyama Tobio had lost people right and left. It was as if Fate had cruelly decided to dish out all the pain in the world to him and him alone.

They had vanished in a puff of smoke.

He had left Kageyama, before anyone. He'd been the one to teach Kageyama everything new, and now ironically, he was the one to teach him, the pain of losing a loved one, first hand.
His legal custody had been given to his Uncle and Aunt.

His uncle had needed his dad to be reined in when he had been alive.
Now with no leash, the man was a menace.
Tobio and his aunt lived in the constant fear of him these days, protecting each other fiercely. They were abused on an almost daily basis and that was when he was in a good mood.
