"Hello everyone. My name is Simon Cowell, and I am the one running this program," a guy said in a thick British accent. He looked very serious and formal, but also kind of frightening. "I have invited all of you bright and exceptional young students here to advance your studies even further. We would also like to see how much more you can do without the distraction of athletics. If you haven't already noticed, each and every one of you are uprising seniors who participate in sports. If any of you have any questions, then don't be afraid to come to my office at the north end of campus. Each faculty member has his or her own office, and all of them together ultimately surround the campus, so there is NO sneaking off. We have rules here, and if you don't like them, then you can go home."

He then started listing the rules here and everybody somewhat listened to him. There would be the occasional whisper and stifled chuckle from a pair of immature kids, but overall the students listened to his rules.

They were the usual 'no drugs or alcohol', 'no fighting', 'stay quiet at night', 'no cheating', and then, of course, the original 'no bullying.' Let's hope Brooke was listening to that or else I might have to break the 'no fighting' rule.

He then went over the free-time rules where we can only go off campus if we have permission from him and we get chaperones. Mr. Cowell also mentioned that if a student starts lacking then they will get kicked out if they don't get their grade up in time. He talked for so long that I started to lose feeling in my butt from the uncomfortable seats. There wasn't even a way for me to lean back and exchange the point of pressure because it was the circular seats that attached to the table. I'm sure I'm not the only one here that needs him to hurry up with his speech so I can regain feeling.

"There is only one dorm building on campus for the students since there isn't many attendees. The building is in the middle of the campus just in case any of you get lost. I believe that is all the rules I have for you all. There is a campus map in your manila folder, in case any of you would like it. Enjoy the rest of your Saturday everybody, your first day starts tomorrow!" he finally finished.

We all got up and walked straight for the side doors that were right next to our table; we didn't want to get caught up in the traffic. A couple of us quickly grabbed our map out and walked in a pack towards the dorm. We were just talking about everything Simon took forever to explain. He didn't even need to say half of those things. I'm not complaining, I'm just saying that most of those rules were in the packet. Whatever, though, it's over now and that's all I cared about.

When we got to the four-story building in the center of campus, we decided to take the stairs since we all are on the first two floors. There was also the fact that neither of us wanted to go through the chaos associated with three hundred students and one elevator. Normani proposed that we all gather in her and Ally's room later to hang out for the rest of the day, which we all agreed to. Austin stopped at the first level and the girls and I kept going until the second level. That's when I realized that there will never be a dull conversation with these girls.

"No they're not, Dinah!" Normani protested.

"Yeah, they are! C'mon, I'm not the only one who knows this!" Dinah bickered back.

"I agree with Dinah, there's no way they aren't!" Ally agreed.

"Thank you, Ally!" Dinah exasperated.

"Dinah, Ally is only on your side because she feels bad for how dumb you sound," I deadpanned. I was genuinely concerned that Dinah believed what she was preaching about.

"Hey! That's not nice, Mila!" Dinah quipped.

"Dinah! Dolphins are not gay sharks!" I said raising my voice.
