Jeevika and Maanvi have a trifle and Jeevika decides to send Maanvi back to Rishikesh. Maanvi, Viraat and Viren are shocked at her decision. They know that Jeevika is emotional when it comes to her sister but they didn’t expect her to take such a decision. If it had been only a normal trifle, Jeevika would have ignored it. But, it was an accusation. Accusations coming from her dear sister and husband, Jeevika didn’t see that coming. And she’s hurt.
Maanvi and Viraat look at Jeevika who’s standing in front of them. Her words pinch Maanvi’s heart, but she knows that she’s more at fault.

“Tune toh mujhe bahut kamzor samajh liya, Maanvi. Maana meri shadi ho gayi hain lekin abhi bhi us parivaar se rishta toota nahi हैं mera. Us ghar mein, beeeji pe, tujhpe, ab bhi mera haq hain. Yahan toh waise bhi kuch mera nahi hain, kyunki tere jiju ko bhi main hi galat lagti hoon, lekin wo ghar jahan hum pale bade, us ghar pe aaj bhi mera haq hain, bhale hi mera maayka hain, lekin haq nahi khatam hua mera. Aur na hi tujh par!” Jeevika says.
“Socha tha tu saamne rahegi toh main aaram se rahungi lekin tujhe toh manzoor hi nahi na ye sab! Tabhi toh teri bimaari ki baat mujhe sabse aakhir mein pata chali. Tujhe saans lene mein takleef hui, wo ghar mein sabko pata hain, Kisey nahi pata? Mujhe! Kyun Maanvi? Aisa kyun? Khair, sabko lagta hain Jeevika kamzor hain, sambhal nahi payegi! Hain na! Yahi laga na aap dono ko?” Jeevika says, eyeing both Maanvi and Viren.

“Lekin ek baat main aap dono ko bata doon, agar aurat kamzor hoti hai na toh jeevan bhi vahi deti hain. Har baat pe roti hain, lekin sabse zyada dard bhi wahi bardasht karti hain. Jitni takleef tujhe is cancer se ho rahi hain, usse kahin zyada takleef bachche ko janam dene mein hoti hain, aur janam dene wala mard nahi aurat hoti hain! Ek maa ko kamzor kaise maan sakti hain tu, Maanvi? Bataiye Viren ji! Umeed karti hoon meri ye baat aapko galat nahi lagegi.” Jeevika says firmly.
She’s upset because both Maanvi and Viren accused her telling her that her care is wrong, her way is wrong. None of them tried to ask her about her feelings, her fears and her pain. They just made their assumptions but didn’t understand her.
“Aur Maanvi, tum! Tumhara samaan toh maine pack kardiya hain. Kal ready ho jana! Viraat tumhe Rishikesh chod dega! And then you can live freely.” Jeevika says and turns to walk out of the room when Maanvi holds her hand.
