"I'm sorry, Madam President pero nag-crash po ang Cebu Airlines na galing ng Bacolod." the guard replied
Upon hearing this, Leni could not move. It feels like she's frozen in her place.
Tricia suddenly cried and followed by Aika. They were afraid that their sisters might not survive the plane crash.
Leni could not stand seeing her daughters cry because they could have lost Jorge and Jill. Leni tried to comfort Aika and Tricia but to no to avail.
Leni tried to call Jill while Risa tried calling Jorge but they are not answering. While waiting, someone arrived.
"Good morning po, tita Leni, Sen. Risa. Nag-text po sa'kin si Aika na nag-crash daw po ang eroplanong sinasakyan nina Jorge at Jill kaya pumunta po agad ako." Dea said
"Thank you, Dea." Leni and Risa simultaneously said
"Aiks." Dea called Aika and embraced her
"Dea, thank you dumating ka agad." Aika said
"Anything para sa'yo at sa pamilya mo. Matalik ko ring kaibigan si Jorge kaya nag-aalala rin ako." Dea replied
"May balita na ba? Ano raw ang sabi? Na-confirm na ba na flight nila yun?" Dea asked
"Ang alam palang namin sa ngayon ay Cebu Airlines yun na galing sa Bacolod." Aika replied
On the other hand, Leni and Risa are still trying to contact the two.
"Ris, wala talaga. Ano na kaya ang nangyari sa kanila?" Leni told Risa
"Lens, wala pa namang update. Hindi pa tayo sigurado kung yun nga yung eroplano nina Jorge." Risa said and rubbed Leni's back trying to console her
"Theresia." Leni said and she started to cry
"Oh Leni." Risa said and embraced her
"Hindi ko alam kung ano ang sasabihin ko. Let's think positive, okay? Isipin natin na hindi kasama sina Jorge at Jill sa flight na iyon." Risa said and kissed Leni's hair
"Gusto kong isipin na hindi sila kasama doon, Theresia pero hindi rin maiwasan na mangamba ako. Paano kung nandoon sila? Paano kung kasama sila sa nag-crash na eroplano? Paano kung mawawala ulit sa'kin si Jorge? I can't lose her again." Leni told Risa in between sobs
Risa placed her chin on Leni's head and she started to brush her hair.
"Theresia, pangatlong pagkakataon na ngayon kung mawala ulit siya sa'kin at hindi lang siya, pati si Jillian. Hindi ko kakayaning mawala silang dalawa." Leni added, still sobbing
"May airport staff Lens, tanungin natin." Risa said still not letting go of Leni
"Miss." Risa called the airport staff
"Good morning po, madam President. Good morning po, madam Senator." the staff greeted them
"Good morning. Pwede mo bang i-confirm sa'min kung anong oras na flight yung bumagsak na eroplano? Hinihintay kasi namin ang mga anak ni VP Leni." Risa asked
"10:15 AM na flight po." the airport staff replied
Upon hearing it, Leni started to feel lightheaded.
"Leni. Leni ayos ka lang?" Risa said calling Leni
"Leni!" Risa screamed
That was the last thing that Leni heard and everything went black.
They rushed Leni to the airport clinic but the doctor was out so Tricia assisted her mom instead.
"Na-over fatigue lang po si mama. She just needs to rest for a while. Ilang araw din po siyang walang masyadong tulog at tutok sa trabaho dahil nangungulila siya kay Jorge." she told Risa
