(Insert character name) POV:
It means that the name of the character inserted's pov is shown and whatever they see, find or hear in their perspective is shown in the book
3rd person:
It's the narrator's perspective which means none of the thoughts of the characters or anything they find in their perspective will be read out. But sometimes there can be "( *insert character thinks* ) but only in the perspective of the character.
Script style and "insert what character says"
So when it's the perspective of a specific character their words always start with and end with a a quote ("") ex: "*insert text*", followed by an action or something like that. Ex: "Ugh you're so annoying" (*insert name*) said teasingly.
The random "A/N" or the bold writing that gets included
A/N means "Author's note", basically what the author wants to say b4 or after the story. When you see a random text to interrupt the story in bold it's from me.
The meaning of basic story types (fluff, angst, smut, oneshots, text types etc)
Angst: It basically means a sad love story that didn't work out and ended tragically (take the first part of this story as an example)
Fluff: A cute and wholesome story that can include SOME BUT NOT ALL OF THESE THINGS like kissing, cuddling, holding hands, dates in beautiful scenery etc, while showing the affection between 2 or more
Smut: Sexual content but showed through writing, if I make it short.. Hentai + Yaoi but can be in real life, but in Wattpad without the pictures (BUT SOME SMUTS CAN INCLUDE THOSE) Ahaha exposed myself but I'm a fan of this JUST A BIT THO 😭😭
Oneshots: like this book, it contains one page stories and are not a series, but they can be divided into parts sometimes. (Take Rainy day in this book as an example)
