I sit in the back of the car while we're off to visit Eddie once again and drop off his supplies
"Can I sit the car for this visit cause this is gonna totally and royally suck" Robin look to us
"It'll be fine" Nancy focuses on the road
"I can't seem to see his dull eyes break again"
"At least he can drink himself better" Steve mumbles with his mouth stuffed with snacks
"That's what my dad does" I say
"That's what my mom does" Max says
She's looks back at me and we high-five
"Why don't we give it a trial? Hey Eddie good news first this time, we got you some junk food and beer oh and we found Vecna, bad news is that he's in the other dark scarier dimension and the gates closed so we have no way to get to him!" Robin rants about how it's about to go down and I understand her to be honest
We pull up to Reefer Ricks and see a crowd of people and cops everywhere, we all climb out the car to hear that another dead body has been found, Patrick from school.
"We have also identified a person of interest" The cop holds up a photo of someone but I can't really see "Eddie Munson" Oh shit.. Wait where is he?
Just at that exact moment the walkie goes off and it's Eddie
"Y/n, can you hear me? Dustin?"
"Eddie holy shit. Are you okay?" Dustin answers
"Nah man, pretty... pretty goddamn far from okay"
"Where is he?" I ask Dustin and he repeats it back into the walkie
"Skull Rock. Do you know it?"
"Ah yeah that near uh Cornwallis and.."
"Garrett, yeah. I know where that is" Steve runs off to go find him and we all follow after him

We keep walking and finally get there
"Here she is Henderson, Skull rock" Steve climb up and is arguing with his best child friend "In your fave man. In your stupid cocky little face"
I giggle as they bicker back and forth to each other arguing how Dustin can't admit when he's wrong. All of a sudden we hear a thud and a familiar, we turn to see Eddie standing there right in front of us
"I concur. You, Dustin Henderson, are a total butthead" Eddie says making me laugh and I walk forward going to say hi seeing as it feels like forever since I last saw him
"Jesus, we thought you were a goner" Dustin hugs Eddie and he awkwardly hugs back
"Yeah me too man" Eddie looks over to me and walks over "And somehow I've missed you the most"
I can't help but wrap my arms around him and pull him into a tight hug and to my surprise he does the same back and we stand their until we see everyone just staring
"What you looking at?" He turns to them and they'll randomly look in different directions making us giggle "When I got to the shore my walkie was busted so I couldn't contact you guys so I uh, ran"
"Do you know what time the attack was" Nancy asks
"Yeah I know exactly what time it was since my walkie wasn't the only thing to get soaked" He takes his watch off and throws it to Nancy
"9:27"
"Same time our flashlights went kablooey" I say sitting on one of the big rocks
"Which mean what exactly?" Steve furrows his brows
