After bidding goodbye to his beloved Father & sister, Jakah boarded the train sat himself down at the back seat.
His green sapphire eyes staring at the window beside him with his chin placed gently unto the palm of his hand. This train ride will be taking him to Riverfield, a new place and environment that will be his home for his entire educational life
Jakah would have to be honest, the last time that he first arrived at Riverfield to take Decelis Academy's strict entrance exam, the train ride didn't feel this long
At that time, it felt kind of quick and Jakah arrived with cold and sweaty palms that time, his nervousness taking the best of him. But now that he's passed the exam and is finally going there, the train ride now felt so long and it's like time was making the minutes turn into slow seconds. Maybe it felt like that so that Jakah could collect himself and the web of thoughts clouding over his head like a rain cloud. Maybe somehow like Pepa.
The thoughts of What is Decelis Academy like? Are the students there good? Will they accept someone like him? Will he ever fit in? and etc filled his head full like a jar
As Decelis Academy is the home to elite and wealthy kids from powerful, political and rich families- Jakah's now wondering how some puny commoner someone like him will fit well in a beautiful palace full of wealthy princes and mademoiselles
Sure he might said that he wanted to live low and have a peaceful life in Decelis Academy, but when it came to status and background- it's a different approach to them who are filthy rich and extravagant
With every rail that the train drove on, the thoughts started to fill up the silver head's head. Letting out a sigh, Jakah fished out his earphones from his bag and plugged it attached to his phone so at least he could set aside those thoughts of his for now
I mean, it looks like his train ride was giving him the benefit of what freedom and alone time feels till Riverfield hits the around the corner of his sight so, he'd better take advantage of the benefit given to him and use it well to his very preferable liking. Like listening to music.
The moment he had his earphones on, it was just Jakah in his very own world
Everything became nothing, the sounds coming from the train was now replaced by melodies and harmonies. It was just Jakah and the melodical harmony soothing him through his earphones alone
