The next day Bella told me what happened between her and Edward "What a dick" I say
"I know" she said "I plan to confront him"
"Good" I say
She parks and waits outside reading I wait with her but I sat on the truck.
We watched emmet and jasper Park and Rosalie and Alice meet up with them.
"Maybe he's sick?" I say
I get something thrown at me
"Bella! Ellie!" A boy shouted with Mike, Eric, Jessica and Angela
I roll my eyes slid off the truck and start walking to the stairs jasper was walking up.
I walk up the stairs and see my ex. Lovely.
I walk right up to him "why are you here!?" I ask angry
"Chill out Z I'm just here to try and win you back" Dean said
"No dean" I say leaving
"Hey!" He said taking my books
"Give me my books back dean"
"Forgive me and kiss me then you'll get your books back" He said putting them up in the air
"No you know what keep them" I say walking away he caught up
"Hey hey I was just kidding here" He offered the books back
I try to take them and he puts them up in the air again
I slap him "You're an ass" I say and try to walk away
"I heard these books can be expensive! Might want them back" He said grabbing my hand
"I'm not forgiving you" I say
"Ok ill settle for just the kiss" He said puckering his lips
"Hey Eliza everything OK?" Jasper asked
"Yeah everything's fine here cowboy move along" dean said
"That's nice." Jasper started "but I asked Eliza" He said waiting for a respond
I turn to dean "can I have my books back?"
Dean shook his head
"Then no I'm not ok" I say
"I think you should give the books back to the owner dean" jasper said calmly
"I think you should mind your own business buddy" dean said "I will give you the books I return you have you go back out with me"
"Absolutely not" I say
"This is my business buddy" jasper said putting his arm around my waist "and no she will not go back our with you" He said
I started to lean into jasper to make it more believable
"Like I believe that" He said
"Well believe it." Jasper said "now I'll say it one more time. Give the books back"
Dean scoffed and gave the books to jasper "I'm moving to this school so we will see if you actually are" He said
"Yeah we will" jasper said
"Well that backfired didn't it" I say once dean was out of earshot
"Yeah kinda didn't expect him to be moving here" jasper said
I chuckled "thank you"
"No problem" He said "So what are we going to do about him?"
"Ehh say we broke up in a few days. He normally moves schools every month or so"
"What if he harasses you like that again?" Jasper asked
"I'll bring pepperspray" I say
"Or we could just fake it until he's gone"
"Seriously?" I say doubtfully
"Yeah I mean what harm does it do it just means we have to be all couple at school then after we don't need to do anything like that"
"I mean if you want to"
"I want that ass not to speak to you like that again so if that's what I have to do I will do it"
"You're really sweet jasper but you don't have to" I say
"I want to" He said
"Ok" I say slightly defeated
"Don't sound so disappointed" He joked
"I'm not disappointed I promise" I say as we start walking to class
"So you're happy?" He asked teasingly
"Hmm we'll see" I said looking at him
He scoffed and smiled
