I shifted from Hunter's hold and got up off the couch into the kitchen. As I opened the fridge I yelled to him. "Do we have any watermelon?" He walked over to the kitchen, leaning against the doorway. "No, I'm sorry darling." He then walked over to the fridge and grabbed a cucumber.

"Butttt we have cucumbers and sugar!" I looked at him with a blank face. "I'm on my period, not pregnant." He rolled his eyes. "There's this one tiktok hack
where if you dip a cucumber in sugar, it'll taste like watermelon!" He explained as he grabbed sugar from the cabinet.

He then posed with the cucumbers and bag of sugar. "Draw me like me one your french girls~" I let out a dorky laugh. "Gladly." I then sat back down on the couch and tried my odd food combo. "Mi amor, you had a good idea for once! This is amazing!" He put a hand on his chest and gasped. "I have good ideas!" I looked at him suspicously. "Sureeee..."

And so, we spent the rest of the time we had together eating cucumbers and sugar. It was good, but it sadly didn't taste like watermelon.
