SYNOPSIS :
IN THE SMALL TOWN OF DERRY, MAINE lived Izzie Jones. Izzie went to Derry High School which started at grade sixth through twelfth. Izzie herself, was in eighth grade. Everyday she would notice a group of four boys who gave her glares every once in awhile.
IN JUNE OF NINETEEN EIGHTY- EIGHT, the disappearance of Georgie Denbrough had haunted Bill, thinks that his brother's body may have washed up in a marshy wasteland called the Barrens. And that's when they meet the redhead who had been escaping from Henry and his goons, along with the new kid, Ben Hanscom.
OVER THE COURSE OF THE NEXT FEW WEEKS, everything starts piling together. The group of friends realized that they are being tormented by a clown which they call ' It '. It had been tormenting all of the kids with their fears. For Stanley, it was a painting. A very terrifying painting who later feeds on his face. For Ben, it seemed to be some headless boy. For Richie, it was clowns. For Bill, it was the guilt of loosing Georgie that night. For Beverly, it seemed like she was scared of growing up, becoming a woman. For Mike, it was loosing his parents in a fire when he was only a little boy. For Eddie, it was a terrifying leper. And for Izzie... as well as Mike, she had lost her parents. But they were emotionally and physically abusive. They were just sick parents. But deep down, Izzie still missed them. And Charlotte? She wasn't scared of anything.
AFTER BEVERLY IS ABDUCTED BY PENNYWISE, the losers realize that they finally have to kill this thing but in order to do that... they have to face their fears and they do. Beverly is rescued. Towards the end of the summer, Beverly informs the group of a vision she had while in the trance Pennywise had her in, where she saw them fighting It again as adults. The losers end with a blood oath that if it ever comes back. They will fight again. And Izzie and Stanley end the summer off with a kiss.
