You had been laying down, tears still stained your cheeks from the argument you just had with your mother.
"She hates me now..." you whispered, covering your reddened (e/c) eyes with your arm." Am I a bad child for yelling at her?" you moved your arm down until your palm touched your cheek, and your fingertips felt, almost, like ice. during the argument, your mother slapped you. it stung and your salty tears didn't ease what pain remained.
you opened your mouth to breathe, your nose stung and felt blocked, it came out shaky. you looked over at your nightstand. A man and woman stood together posing for a picture. You picked it up.
" It's your fault she hates me if it weren't for you I-" you dropped the picture frame and rushed to your bathroom, where whatever you ate came back up and out. it only made your eyes sting more and your throat feel sore. you coughed up the remnants of it and cleaned your face, bits of the argument flashing in your mind.
" Somehow a few hours ago, feels like years removed from my life.." you whispered to yourself. You cough a little more and decide to take a warm bath.
your eyes started to feel heavy, as your head lulled to the side, getting heavier and heavier. your body shot up though when you could've sworn you heard a whisper. you looked around, nothing you were still in your bathroom tub. you let out a shaky breath and stepped out. you looked at yourself in the mirror. your cheeks were still red and your eyes were puffy. A small chuckle left your lips. " I look like a tsundere who just got told they're cute." your life felt horrible and all you could think of was anime, how does that work? you shook your head and dried off, walking towards your bed you laid down and grabbed your laptop. and went straight to Netflix. "Naruto looks like it'd welcome me back with all the emotional scarring it's given me." you slowly nodded to yourself and pressed play on the first episode of the first season. Unknowing of what it would bring
