For the first time I felt the pain of being in love
It left me looking like a dead dove
So damaged
That even the monsters of the night felt challenged
It left so many broken pieces
That anyone that sees it winces
Being in love
With someone that could not do the same
It's worse cause I cannot even give them the blame
Sigh I guess I really just broke my own heart
Thus I can only tear myself apart
