Harry and Louis are both 16 in this story.

Harry wears long sleeves, jeans, and beanies. He lives with his grandmother iin America because his parents didn't want him with them in Cheshire. He struggles with depression, anxiety, and anorexia.

He's malnourished from hardly eating. His body is small and unhealthy. His wrists are hidden by bandages- and the bandages are hidden by bracelets, bandanas, and long sleeves.

He sits in the back of every class. No one notices. He isn't bullied- just forgotten.

Louis moved to America from Doncaster when his mom gets a business offer. He's chill and not really punk- but he enjoys a bit of metal music. He's somewhat muscular from working out on the weekends and being a naturally good runner.

He isn't much for socializing- but he isn't closed off, either. Sure, he may walk around with music blasting into his ears, but he's also real charming.

He's had everything good, pretty much- besides a bit of bullying at his old school when he was 13 and his dad walking out on him and his mom when he was about 8.

Other than that, if anyone were to ask how he was, he'd say he couldn't complain.

Warning (if the description wasn't enough) THERE IS SELF HARM AND EATING DISORDERS IN THIS STORY.
DON'T READ IF THAT MAKES YOU UNCOMFORTABLE.

Harry

I looked in the mirror like a do every morning. I made sure my curls were mostly hidden under my beanie. My wrists were cloaked under a heavy jacket since it was snowing. My legs were fitted into jeans that made my thighs burn.

I hated everything about my look.

My puffy eyes. My weird nose. My big lips. My round cheeks. Hell, I can't name a single thing on my body or about myself that I do like

Grandma is asleep when I leave. I walk to school as usual with my bag tossed over my back lazily.

I just want to look normal and fit in with everyone..

When I reach the school grounds, I succeed at beating the busses, meaning no one else is really here. I speed walk in the front doors and dart to my locker. It's at the end of the row, lucky for me, so I barely interact with anyone when I go to it.

I open it and grab my math notebook then shove it in my bag.

I sit in the back, like always, then everyone fills out the rest of the classroom.

Students talk.. and laugh.. and the head of the football team literally makes out with some girl in the middle of the room. Disgusting.  Keep your tongues out of each others' mouths for five seconds, please

They separate and the girl sits on his lap when the teacher comes in. He doesn't even say anything to them, though he should, but Liam Payne is the football captain... why would anyone get him in trouble? ha

"Students" the teacher greeted us

No one responded. It just stayed silent.

"I've got an announcement" the older man, Mr Davis, smiles

Once again, silence.

"We have a new student.. This is Mr Tomlinson" he says as he motions for a student to enter the class

I roll my eyes, expecting some preppy pretty bitch with her hair in the highest ponytail that pulls her face up into a strict, painful smile. But..

it's the opposite.

It's the most beautiful boy with brown feathery hair and a soft, natural smile.

"Hi.. I'm Louis" he introduced himself a little awkwardly with a brittish accent
