"I like him a lot"

Dear Diary,
It's me! Edward! It's been a week since I last wrote. Since then me and Bruce have talked some more! I think I like him? In like a crush type of way..? Is that wrong?? I've never seen a boy with a boy before...but I like him.

Should I tell him? Should I tell anyone?

I'm kinda scared.

I like him a lot. But I'm scared.

Edward sat there staring down at his diary. He felt strange. He wanted to let Bruce know how he felt about him but he was afraid. But he liked him. He liked him a lot.

"Eww you're so fucking weird"

Edward heard from behind him. It was another kid, they had read what he had wrote.

"No! No I'm not- I promise!"

The other boy shook his head in disgust, and had stepped away as if he would catch whatever was wrong with Edward.

"You like Mr. Wayne's son! You're a boy! That's gross! That's wrong! I'm telling Bruce!"

Edward froze in fear.

"NO!"

He shouted, tears forming.

"NO YOU WILL NOT!"

The other boy laughed at him

"Or what?"

Edward thought for a moment.

"Or I'll fucking kill you."

The boy laughed, until Edward stood up pen in hand. The boy backed away

"Hey man I was just joking I'm not gonna say anything!"

Edward stepped closer.

"I'm gonna fucking kill you."

The boy started to run, but Edward tackled him.

"HELP!"

He tried to scream but Edward covered his mouth. He thought about it for a moment, then stabbed him in the neck. Blood spewing out.

"You gonna tell me??"

Edward snapped out of his thoughts

"Huh?"

"What are you gonna do if I tell him?"

Edward shook his head and turned back around

"Whatever tell everyone I don't care"

The other boy just walked away. Edward expected to be bullied later.

Someone knows. I'm ruined. Bruce won't wanna talk to me anymore. I'm gonna lose him. Maybe I should've killed him.

I'm gonna lose my only friend. The only person who ever talked to me without calling me names. Fucking hate these people here.

I'll kill every last one of them if I have to. Just so me and Bruce can be together.

I like him. I like him a lot.
