Minal talking to his director on phone..
Minal- Hello, sir... Mai Minal bol rahi hu.. maine pichle hafte hi ek soap ki advertisement ki thi uska payment nahi aaya abhi tak ......  Shaam tak ajaayega na... Okay sir thankyou...
Aarohi- Kya hua?
Minal- Arre aaj rent day hai na, paise arrange toh karne padenge. Accha sun tere paas rent ke liye paise hai na?
Aarohi nods... Minal goes...
Aarohi looks into her purse and finds there is no money... She gets tensed... 

She goes to make chai... Neil is working on his laptop... Kaivalya is playing with bat and ball in the house.
Kaivalya- Kya, Neil.. Aaj khush toh bohot hoge tum?
Neil- Kyu?
Kaivalya- Aaj Rent Day haina? Aaj tu macchar ki Tarah humaare kaan Mai aake Rent Rent bolega...
Neil- Ha..ha..ha.. Very Funny..
Kaivalya- Thanks Buddy..
Neil rolls his eyes...
Kaivalya hits the ball, the ball goes to Aarohi and she drops the cup... Neil looks at the kitchen... Kaivalya says Mai jaake dekhta hu...
Aarohi picks up the pieces of the broken cup.. Kaivalya comes there and says Arre cup toot gaya kya?
Kaivalya helps her to pick up the pieces.

Kaivalya- Cup toot gaya.. dekhna tujhe dhanlaabh hoga... Aur tod don teen cup... Aarohi thinks he is taunting her.. She cries.. Kaivalya- Arre ro mat, mai toh sach bol raha tha.. Tujhe hi paise milenge... Aarohi goes to bring broom. Kaivalya stops her and says Ayee, Ruk... Tere pair mai chappal nahi hai kaanch lag jaayega tujhe.. mai lekar aata hu jhaadu... He brings the broom and sweeps the broken pieces of cup.
Aarohi gives him a cup of tea. Kaivalya drinks and gets refreshed. He says Tune chai masala daala hai kya? Aarohi smiles and says haa, meri mummy ne diya hai... Kaivalya smiles and says same meri mom jaisi chai banati hai waise bani hai.. Thankyou Chai ke liye.. Kaivalya smiles...

Neil calls Everyone and shouts Chalo Chalo Is ghar ke rahvasiyo... Rent Time is here... Kaivalya- Chalo hogaya iska shuru..  Aaja Aarohi... 
Everyone comes in hall.
Kaivalya- Aaj ki taaza khabar, Aaj is ghar mai pehli baar ek nayi roommate aane ke wajah se is mahina ka rent maaf...
Everyone says Yayyyyyy....
Neil- Ek minute, Kaivalya rent mai masti nahi haa!!
Kaivalya- Okay Guruji.
Minal- Aye Neil, Kya choti choti baat par gussa ho raha hai...
Neil sits and says Woh sab baat chodo, waise bhi aaj mera mood bohot accha hai, Aaj humaare yaha Nayi roommate aayi hai... 
Ana- Neil, Pehle mera payment..
Neil smiles and says Haa... Very good Ana.. Tu hi Humesha pura rent bharti hai..
Minal- Hmm, Yeh le 4 hazaar rupaye...
Neil- Yeh kya Aur ek hazaar kidhar hai?
Minal- Woh kya haina Neil, mere paas itne hi hai agle mahine pura rent de dungi..
Neil smiles and says Okay bas ek mahine tak ghar ke bahar rehna...
Minal- yeh le ek hazaar rupaye...
Ashu- Sahab is baar bilkul fasal nahi huyi...
Minal- Fas gaya yeh..
Ana giggles..
Neil- Hogaya, rent de abhi... 
Ashu looks at him and gives him half money... Neil looks at him angrily...
Ashu- Is mahine adjust karle.. please..

Neil- Samajh gaya yeh letters bolne ki zarurat nahi hai
Kaivalya gives his money to Ashu and says give to Neil.
Ashu goes and stands in style..
Neil thinks he Came again with full amount.
Kaivalya- Khush hone ki zarurat nahi hai woh mere rent ke paise Hai.
Ashu- Bolne ki thi kya kaivalya.. he gets upset...
Neil- kaisa badmaash hai...(smiles)
Aayiye Humaari nayi dost... Aao Aarohi...
Aarohi cries everyone looks at her.
Neil- Arre abhi kya bol diya maine?
Aarohi-Paise nahi hai...
Minal- Neil, uska pehla rent hai, agle mahine pura bhar degi ..
Is baar jaane de usse.
Neil- Maine bola na rent mai koi maafi nahi koi sahulat nahi...
Aarohi- Mere bank mai kuch paise hai.. par abhi bohot late ho chuka hai...
Neil gets tensed..
Kaivalya- ek baar check toh kar bag mai mil jayega...
Aarohi checks her bag and she founds money.. She gets shocked..
Neil smiles... Aarohi gives him money.
Minal- Finally tu ab officially is ghar ki member ban gayi hai.... Yipeeee
Ana and Minal hugs her... Aarohi thinks Ana kept the money... She looks at Ana and says tu ne paise.....
Ana- Nahii...
Aarohi- Minal Tu?
Minal- Maine nahi diye...
She looks at Ashu but then she realise uske khud ke paas paise nahi the.... Jod tod ke rent bhara usne...
Everyone goes to the bedroom to play cards...
Kaivalya looks at her and says Aaj cup toota na isliye tujhe dhanlaabh hogaya...  Aarohi rolls her eyes.
Kaivalya- Chai acchi banni thi par har chai ke 5 hazaar dena nahi jamega...He smiles and goes...
Aarohi gets shocked and smiles.....
