Hello,

This book is going to be about Anxiety and how to deal with it. Anxiety is caused by many different things such as stress, trauma, it can even be inherited by one or both parents. Although Any type of Anxiety is hard to live with it is not impossible.

Once you understand what's going on in your body and why it is reacting the way it is, you may see anxiety differently and you will know more about how to calm yourself down.

About Me

My name is Kenzzi Marie, I was diagnosed with Agoraphobia; the fear of being trapped, helpless or in situations where you may be embarrassed. I recently went off my medication after months of using it. I haven't completely over came my anxiety, but I am close to being done and I want to share what I have learned through out my experience and help others.
