After I made my new play thing lunch, I descended down the stairs.

Completing the familiar action of removing the lock, and stepping into the chilled room.

You must keep the rooms chilled, as it preserves the bodies.

I guess currently that does not apply, as she is very much alive.

I take a moment to ponder how absurd it is that I am bringing this woman food when she was intended to be pieces by now.

Sighing I place the tray down in front of her.

"There you are, darling."

I watch as she examines the food, before looking up at me, then pushing it away.

Well then, that was a waste of food.

If she wants to allow herself to starve, then so be it.

It isn't rational, as any normal human would be planning to escape.

Denying herself sustenance, would only make her body weaker, and thus escaping unlikely.

"I will not force you to eat the food. I do not enjoy being wasteful, though, so do not expect more until that is gone."

With that, I turn, relocking the door, then making my way upstairs.

I do not understand why women are so unintelligent and complicated.

I would go as far to say they are more odd than I.

I do not have time to keep focusing on this woman, no matter how much she fascinates me.

I must get to work.

My work is an important part of keeping my identity hidden.

I learned if you want to be unsuspected, blending in is the best route to follow.

Nobody wants to point the blame at one of their own.

Slipping on my police uniform, I walk into the bathroom to do my hygiene.

Staying clean is very important.

Germs are not something I handle lightly.

Once all is finished, I head outside, beginning my journey to work.
