Lost Identity

Chapter 26

They finally spotted their target after a while of looking around. Jishin and Joanne walked towards him. He introduced her to that man. They talked for a while, and that man especially paid attention to her and so she eyed Jishin to leave them. So he did by saying that his brother needed him. She kept chatting with a coquettish tone. He then asked how she met Jishin, to which she answered that she wanted to be the face of the fashion industry, so she was with him. They were standing beside a bar counter, and while changing her glass she intentionally spilled the drink all over him. "Aah!". She acted pitiful and really concerned, "I'm so sorry, honey! I didn't mean it! (she wiped off some portion of the drink with her bare hands, touching him softly) Come on, I'll get you cleaned up. Come with me" and she pulled him by his hand and led him deep inside that building, through a deserted lobby which was unnoticeably guarded by Jishin's men, and into a nice room. She locked the door once they were inside and knocked him out. She then dragged him to the bed and tied him up well and sprinkled water on him to wake him up. He woke up, shocked qnd terrified, and started mumbling as his mouth was taped shut. She took off her mask and showed him her wrist, which had the Roman numeral two tattooed on it,and spoke calmly "It's our rule to expose our true identity to the target before killing them.....Do you know who I am?".  He couldn't understand anything and kept struggling and mumbling in hopes of freeing himself. "I am the Second Reaper of the Holy Trinity". He froze and his eyes grew big in shock. She burst out laughing at him, "Do you know what's your crime?.....(she suddenly became serious, it's like she is a robot, switching between emotions so quickly). It's using those who are inferior to you, just the way you wished". She then slowly took out mini tools from under her dress and tortured him for over an hour. Then she injected him with a drug, "You have only five minutes left to die. Remember all the crimes you've committed" and left the room, leaving him like that, locked the door from outside and returned to the main hall, where the others were. She handed over the key card to Jishin, "I'm done. Find him after ten minutes from now, put him in his car, remove the brakes and crash it. It would be a simple car accident! , she ended with an evil smile on her face. He was pretty impressed with her. He left to take care of the leftovers. Now only Yujun and Lucifer were left beside her there. They drank together at the bar counter beside the dancing area and watched the others. Lucifer suddenly extended his hand towards her, "A dance?".
