*Regina's POV**Next Morning*
I woke up like I had every morning for awhile now. About to throw up. I ran to the bathroom, barely getting there in time. After almost 20 minutes, I was fine. I brushed my teeth and drank some water, then released a heavy sigh. I walked back to our room to see Emma awake, watching a movie. "Did I wake you?" I asked. Emma shrugged. "Sorry.." I mumbled and got back in bed. "Don't be." Emma said. I sighed as she wrapped her arms around me, pulling me into her embrace. I sighed and thought about how much our lives were going to be changing in the next year. "Oh my gosh." I said, as a thought came into my mind. "What?" Emma asked. "The wedding... I'm going to be almost three months pregnant. My dress isn't going to fit by then." I said and sighed exasperatedly. "Well.. If you want.. We could... Postpone?" She said. I sighed. "No. I want to marry you." I said. "I know. I want to marry you too. But, it can wait until after the baby's born." She said and kissed me lightly. I nodded. "I love you Emma." I said. "I love you too." I said and kissed her again. We were snuggling in bed when the doorbell rang. "I got it." I said and got up. She nodded. "Wait." She said. I turned around. "Can't I have a kiss?" She asked. I chuckled. "Sure baby girl." I said and walked over. I kissed her and she smiled into it. I pulled off and she smirked. "More when you get back?" She asked. I chuckled and nodded. I walked out of the room and pulled my hoodie sleeves over my hands. I'm freezing, even though I'm wearing yoga pants and a hoodie. I walked down the stairs and checked my phone. 6:45 am? On a Monday? Who in the world is here? I opened the door to see a brunette. She gave a nervous smile. I smiled back. "Can I help you?" I asked. "Uh.. Does Emma Swan live here?" She asked and looked at me. I raised an eyebrow. "Yes.." I said and furrowed my eyebrows. "Can I see her? I'm uh... I'm an old friend.." She asked. I gave her a fake smile and nodded. I moved aside so she could come in. She did and I shut the door behind her. "Emma? Honey? Can you come down here for a second?" I called out. "Yeah! Be there in a second!" She shouted. "So, you said you were an old friend?" I asked. She nodded. There's something about this girl.. I don't trust her. Emma ran down the stairs and stood beside me. She looked up at the girl and her face paled. "Who's this?" Emma asked, but I could tell she knows her. "Emma.." The girl said. "Show me your wrist." She said. The girl nodded and held out her wrist, showing a star shaped birthmark. "Shit." Emma mumbled. "Lily... How the hell did you find me?" Emma asked in a shaky voice. "I uh.. I went to see your um.. Your mom and sister." She said. "And how did you find them?" Emma asked. "Google." She said. Emma sighed. "Lily I-" "Emma I know you said you never wanted to see me again. But, Emma I miss you. You were the only girl that ever treated me right.." She said. I raised my eyebrows. "Lily.." Emma said and glanced at me. "Emma come on. Don't you miss me? I know you loved my kisses." She said. "Lily, I think you should leave." Emma said. "But Emma." Lily said. "Lily, I'm with Regina. She's my fiancé. She's pregnant. We have a son. I am not letting you back into my life, just to screw it up again." Emma said. Lily looked at me and raised an eyebrow. "You Regina?" She asked. I nodded. "Emma. It's clear why you're with her. She looks like me." Lily spit. "Are you stupid? Lily, I didn't love you. You forced me to kiss you! You got me kicked out of like 3 foster homes that I actually liked! Get out of my life and stay out!" Emma screamed. Lily backed to the door and left. I looked at Emma and crossed my arms. "You lied to me." I said, sounding hurt. "Regina, I can explain." She said. "What's there to explain? You lied. I wasn't your first kiss, or your first relationship it seems." I said and turned to walk up the stairs. "Regina please. We didn't have a relationship. She made me kiss her." She said. "But you still lied and told me you had never kissed anyone before. You. Lied." I spit and walked upstairs. I grabbed a blanket and a pillow and walked back downstairs. "What are you doing?" Emma asked. "Well, I want to sleep. But, you're probably going to sleep, and I am not in the mood to be with you." I said and walked to the couch. I put my blanket and pillow down on the couch. "Regina. Please. I want to talk about this." Emma said. "Emma. You lied." I said and laid down on the couch. "Regina Mills, damn it." Emma spit. "If you're going to cuss, get the hell out of this house." I spit. "Fine. Have a good fucking life. The wedding is off. Tell Henry I'll see him around. I hope the baby is healthy." Emma spit and stomped out. I headed the front door slam and I closed my eyes. What have I done? I felt tears sting my eyes, then I heard the doorbell ring. I quickly got up and ran to the door. "Emma." I said, but was surprised to see Zelena. Tears rushing down her face. "What's wrong?" I asked. "R-Regina. It's... It's mom..." Zelena said, through sobs. "What happened?" I asked. "Just.. Get Henry and Emma and come with me." She said. My heart fell to the pit of my stomach. "Emma and I got in a fight. I uh.. I think we broke up." I said. "Well, get Henry. Call her. She needs to know." She said. "Know what?" I asked. "Just get Henry and come on. We don't have time for this." She said. I nodded and ran up the stairs. "Henry. Come on buddy. Get up. Get dressed. We have to go somewhere with aunt Zelena. We don't have much time, so hurry." I said. He nodded and I left my room. I quickly put on jeans and a hoodie and Uggs, then went back to Henry's room. He was ready. I picked him up and we met Zelena in the car. She drove as fast as she could to the hospital. I was terrified. "What are we doing here?" I asked. "Just come on." Zelena said. I nodded and grabbed Henry. I rested him on my hip and we rushed in the hospital. We practically ran to a room and went in. "Mom." I said, tears beginning to fall as I saw my mom laying in a hospital bed. She smiled weakly. Zelena took Henry from me. "Mommy." I said and walked over. I grabbed her hand and she squeezed mine lightly. "I love you darling." Mom said. Tears fell from my eyes and I shook my head. "What's going on?" I asked. Tears rushing down my face. "I've been sick for a long time. Don't worry. The house is yours. I paid for it in full. You just have to pay bills." She said then coughed. "Honey, don't cry." She said. "Mommy, I can't lose you." I said. She nodded. "You'll be okay. I'm going to be much better. Okay? I love you and Emma both. Don't forget that." She said. I continued crying as mom kissed my forehead lightly. I pulled away and rushed out of the room and out of the hospital. I grabbed my phone and called Emma. "What do you want." She spit. "Emma." I said in a shaky voice. "Please. I know you're mad at me, but please. I need you. Please. Come to the hospital as soon as possible." I sobbed. The line clicked off and I closed my eyes. Why? I just need her here. Why can't she just be here to help me? I walked to my car and got in. I drove home and parked, tears still streaming down my face. I went upstairs to my bedroom and then walked to the bathroom. I closed the door and looked through the medicine cabinet. I finally found a box of razor blades and held one in my hand, sobbing. This isn't fair. Im losing two of the most important people in my life. I pushed up the sleeve of my hoodie and stared at my arm. I quickly took off my hoodie, now in a white t-shirt and jeans. I stared at my arm, then placed the cold metal edge against my arm. I dragged the blade up my arm and hissed in pain as I watched the Crimson rise on my arm. One. I did it again, beside the other, pushing in slightly harder. Two.
