Chapter 5

Jennel pov
I got ready in my outfit ready to star the next round judges houses. I looked in the mirror and my usual sparkle was gone even under the makeup you could see the dark circles from no sleep because all I could think about was her.

I approached the limo and we started our journey to the mystery house of one of the judges I dreaded the thought because it could be Demi. I put on my sunglasses to hide any emotion and walked in with the others Jillian holding my hand tightly "it's ok jenny bear she can't hurt you when I'm here" she said while hugging me. "thanks Jill" we began the countdown to the reveal of the mentor we were going to have . I heard footsteps approaching and my heart was beating out of my chest ... She turned the corner and my world came crashing down, she looked as beautiful as ever and all or the other contestants rushed to hug her except me and Jill. sooner or later the crowd parted as Demi approached us, she looked down at our hands that were joined and her face went sour but was soon replaced by a fake smile. she opened her arms for Jill, she played along for the camera and have Demi a quick squeeze. She pulled away and slowly approached me "you know it's not sunny inside you can take of your glasses cutie" oh hell no she doesn't get to call me that I took them off to reveal dim tired looking eyes that refused to look at her . I remained silent "can I have a hug ?" She asked I really didn't want to right now but for the cameras I have to act all excited and shit but secretly I wanted her to hold me and never let go. I slowly took a step forward as she embraced me in a warm hug that in my opinion lasted several seconds longer than it should have. I pulled away and put my sunglasses back on turning away from her with a blank expression . " Ok guys that's a wrap" the producer shouted as all the crew and contestants leave the room and I followed until I felt someone pull me back "Don't touch me" I growled at her "jennel don't be like that please just talk to me " "why should I , you made me feel like I was crazy like I imagined what happened it hurts that you rejected me I don't need you to tell me again" " jennel let me explain" "no" I shouted and went for the door but she pushed me up against it and locked it " Demi what the fuck!" I screamed but was soon cut off by her lips against mine, after a while of fighting I gave in to the kiss as she caressed my face . we parted for air and she started to kiss my jawline down to my neck as I moaned . I abruptly pushed her away
"Jennel you never gave me the chance to explain, I like you .. a lot more than a friend" she said and blushed "I have to go" I said softly and headed to the door but she gripped my wrist making me yelp out in pain. She looked suspicious "jennel what's wrong ?" "Nothing" I said in a quiet tone but she grabbed my arm and pulled up my sleeve. She gasped at the sight as tears brimmed in her beautiful eyes, see it had only gotten worse I don't know why Demi's rejection got to me so bad but it did making old habits die hard and by this time my arms were once again laced with cuts "why?" Was all she said " I don't wanna talk about it Demi please just let me go" " god dammit jennel stop running from me and let me hold you I'm gonna fix you" " I can't be fixed dem it's who I am" I said with a strong tone pretty much all the strength I had left. "I'm not giving up on you jennel" she said and grabbed me by the waist bringing me close to her she hugged me tight while we both cried she pulled away and looked into my eyes "Demi why are you crying ?" "Because I care" she said and kissed me with all of her passion it was truly magical.
