For the rest of the day, him and Chuck had the best time of their lives. They ordered a whole set of waffles, which Red watched Chuck down. With Crystal on his mind, he couldn't be more happier that he got her attention.

"I'd say that was a success!" Chuck shot his arms up in the air and yelled victoriously as they were walking down the beachside, the waves lapping at their feet.

"Haha, yeah," Red admitted, sighing contently. "I really didn't think you were going to go through on yo9ur plan, but hey it worked." Chuck grinned, "Plus, it was really fun hanging out with you again reddie," he closed his eyes and let the evening sea breeze tickle his cheeks. His long eyelashes fluttered in the wind. "It really was a good date, wasn't it?" He opened his eyes when Red didn't reply. Red was looking at the sunset, shining a stark red from the fading light. It almost seemed as if he were on fire. Chuck couldn't take his eyes off of him. Something set off inside of him, a core feeling he had pushed down years ago, and he nudged Red.

"You wanna call it a night?"

Red shook his head. "Nah, lets watch the sunset a bit more."
