she woke up in a grey room, it was almost like a prison ceiling and felt as empty as her grandma's heart. after seconds of staring and examining the room, she figured out exactly what that place was.

''oh, so you're finally awake''. spoke a masculine voice that belonged to a certain tall man.

''Hanma...'' (y/n) realized that she wasn't alone in the room and felt so disappointed at herself for not knowing that sooner, did her abilities really deteriorate that much? she thought to herself. but she really felt dizzy and had a strong feeling of throwing up.

''what happed? why am I in the ceiling of the special cases?'' asked the girl in a frustrated voice.

''That was the order of the chairwoman''.he replied calmly.

''But what happened in Bonten's hideout?''

''ah... let me explain it.''

~flashback~

hanma secretly injected (y/n) with a needle full of a hypnotic drug that made her lose herself in his hands.(y/n) had a special training when she since she was at a young age and that training contained her building resistance to all kinds of poisons and drugs but if that drug affected her that means it was specially made for her. her grandma really thought of everything, didn't she?

''I told you don't dare touch her''.

Mikey screamed as he tried to throw one of his invincible kicks at the face of hanma but the chairwoman was fast to react she blocked with her arms but it still got damaged super hard as her arms took a shade of purplish-blue.

the chairwoman adjusted her blazer and walked toward the white-haired male that was taking a defensive pose by now. she took out a paper from her blazer's inner pocket and throw it at Manjiro. he observed the paper quickly as (y/n)'s grand interrupted him:

''that's an agreement to abdicate these certain properties, and I need you to sign it.''

''you choose the properties the most important to me and you want me to write it under your name.''

''practically.''

''what if I don't?''

''I'll kill (y/n).''

''she's your blood and you're willing to kill her for these estates?''

''she betrayed me for you, you don't want her being killed sign the contract.''

he went to the desk placed in the corner of the room and took a pen he signed it quickly and threw the paper to the old woman in front of him.

''it was nice dealing with you, mister Manjiro.'' the chairwoman said as she started taking her to leave.

''you stole that from me and I'll steal something bigger from you next time, be ready for our encounter.''

''I'll gladly do.'' with that being said, the chairwoman signed for hanma to follow her and they exited from Bonten's hideout.

''I betrayed him and he still choose to save me.'' stated (y/n) as she was in total shock.

''you know that your grandma is gonna make go over the training torture, right?'' explained hanma as e looked right into the girl's eyes.

''Yeah, I was expecting that, so when will she show up?''

''She won't.''

''why? did she feel finally guilty for thinking of killing her granddaughter?''

''Nah...that's because you're pregnant.''

when those words were out of Hanma's mouth the girl was left in total shock because carrying the child of Sano Manjiro was the last thing she ever expected to happen to her, but it made her feel a little alive thinking she got his legacy.
